From what I understand the individuals arrested had foreign passports, there are Dutch citizens are trying to help. That said I read that most of the police force is made up of people of foreign descent (I think Nigerian but don't quote me on that) who refuse to guard and/or defend Jewish establishments. So yeah they have a BIG problem.
