ഞാൻ യാത്ര സുഖം മാത്രം നോക്കി ടെസ്റ്റ്‌ ഡ്രൈവ് എടുത്ത് വാങ്ങിയ കാറായിരുന്നു Kia കാർണിവൽ Limosine +. പ്രതീക്ഷിച്ച പോലെ തന്നെ എനിക്ക് ഇഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടു, ഒരു കാര്യമൊഴിച്ചു. സെൻട്രൽ seat adjustment ചെയ്യണമെങ്കിൽ കമ്പനി ഒരു chain ബ്ലോക്ക്‌, അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഒരു crane സെറ്റ് അപ്പ്‌ കൂടി എനിക്ക് നൽകണം. കിയ ഇന്ത്യയുടെ ഇത്രയും ടോപ് variant ആയ ഈ മോഡലിന്റെ ഈ പോരായ്മ നിരവതി തവണ ഡീലർ ആയ DKH ൽ അവതരിപ്പിച്ചു... ആദ്യം ആദ്യം നല്ല CARE തന്നു അടുത്തവണ ഒരു പരിഹാരം തീർച്ചയായും നൽകാമെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു പറ്റിച്ചു...കമ്പനിയിലേക്ക് മെയിൽ അയച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.. അവിടന്ന് എഞ്ചിനീയർ വിംഗ് ഉടൻ പരിഹാരം നൽകുമെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു. വാഹനം എടുത്തിട്ട് 8 മാസം കഴിഞ്ഞു.... ഇത് വരെ പരിഹാരമല്ല... DKH ൽ ഇൻഷുറൻസ് CLAIM ചെയ്താൽ പോലും കറക്റ്റ് പാർട്സ് മാറ്റാതെ ഉടായിപ്പാണ്.... അവർക്ക് വാഹനം വാങ്ങിയാൽ കഴിഞ്ഞു അവരുടെ പരോഗണന... കാർണിവൽ വാങ്ങിയതിനു ശേഷം (KL49N0786) ഞാൻ ഒരു SONET GT കൂടി (KL49N0313) വാങ്ങി... ഒരു കാര്യം പറയാം.. എന്റെ അനുഭവത്തിൽ പറയുകയാണ്.. DKH സർവീസ് വളരെ മോശമാണ്.... ഇതിനും അപ്പുറം ഒരു വാക്കുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അതാണ് അവരുടെ സർവീസ് TEAM നിലവാരം... ഇങ്ങിനെ ഒരു പബ്ലിക് പ്ലാറ്റ് ഫോമിൽ ഇങ്ങിനെ, എന്നെ അവതരിപ്പിച്ചത് ഡീലർ DKH തന്നെ യാണ്... ഓയിൽ സർവീസും വാഷിങ്ങും മാത്രം ചെയ്ത് ഫീഡ് ബാക്ക് നേടി മുമ്പോട്ടുപോയാൽ നിങ്ങൾക്ക് നല്ല സർവീസ് RETENTION ആയി എന്ന് കരുതിയാൽ എന്നെ പോലെ കാർണിവൽ പോലെയുള്ള കിയ യുടെ പ്രീമിയം മോഡൽ കാർ വാങ്ങിയ കസ്റ്റമേഴ്സിന്റെ അവസ്ഥ എന്താകും... ഈ ഇടെ ഫാമിലിയുമായി ടൂർ പോയപ്പോൾ വണ്ടിയുടെ അടിവശം ഹംമ്പിൽ തട്ടി റോപ് പൊട്ടി സ്റ്റെപ്പിന്നി ടയർ താഴെ വീണു... ഇത്തരം പോരായ്മകൾ കമ്പനിയിൽ അറിയിച്ചു

KIA vehicles are very attractive, and comfortable, with wonderful design and more facilities for the passengers comparing many other makes available in India. But I love Toyota vehicles. I started with the Toyota Cressida sedan in 1981and used several years. I fully trust Toyota make because it is a very safe Sedan. Then I changed my model to Camry which also gave a wonderful service. In India, I started with Etios V which too gives very good service. However, people may have a different opinion.

Please be aware that KIA Carens condensation issue still not resolved. In August month production car also this issue still persisting, so if you are going to buy Carens do your PDI properly and take the delivery and its very sure that till today delivered vehicle across all varients from Premium to Luxury Plus all Carens condensation issue not resolved. Many times existing Carens owners are reported to KIA directly and through various service centre across country. But KIA not taking any action on the same and just ignoring the complaints.. So those who are booked and waiting be aware of this condensation issue in Carens!!! Kia India #Carens #condensation
