I work in Saudi. My company bought an Indian SUV for the first time and unfortunately it is Mahindra xuv 500 W8 automatic. It's been a month now but the vehicle is giving very poor performance i.e. there is a lot of noise from the steering portion of the vehicle and the door windows go down while the car is running and the wrong warning shows that the air is low in the tire.
All this was reported to the Saudi agency but there was no action. so kindly share the customer care in India.
In gulf nobody willing to buy indian vehicles, compared to other vehicles, bcz performance low, and regular maintenance required, if you buy japanese vehicles like Suzuki, Toyota,honda, mitsubishi, Nissan, and also wealthy people used Rolls Roy's, Range rover, Mercedes, Bmw, Audi, cadillac, like that, if once you drived luxes, land rover, Prado no-one drive these our vehicles, not only that Mahindra or Tata always trouble shooting even if it is new, but in the case of Japanese or German or American vehicles minimum five years no maintenance, japanese you can expect six to eight years no major repairs needed, may be like radiator hose, wiper blades rubber bushes like rubber items needs to be replaced,also battery to be as well, depends of consumption. Even why people are going for Maruthi? Less maintenance cheap price in spares comparitively. But in the case of Indian manufacturers intentionally keeping earlier trouble shooting spares in the vehicles resulting every now and then needs to replace the spares, and also higher price and even claps also we have to extra money if you want to fix it
