- The small, tight-knit neighborhood in Crystal River sits right on the water. Driving through the tree-lined streets, it's easy to see why someone would move here. But Ozello was one of the first areas to see Hurricane Idalia's powerful storm surge sweep through homes.
He's been coming down there for years he's not busy not even a resident of Florida
If he doesn't have flood insurance that means he owns the home outright if he had a mortgage they demand flood insurance
I worked in Crystal River for awhile and that is beyond stupid. You get flooded for heavy rain and right on the gulf. No sympathy
Yeah uuuh...those ozello folks have cash...they're fine.
Nam myoho rengekyo 🙏 pray 🌍 peace be safe:::+
Poor guy he owns Five homes
Turns out the flood insurance was way cheaper....bet he was trying to get a policy this week before the storm .... Only to find out... No!
Flood insurance is hardly cheap and it rarely covers the cost.
@@crowbone8136 you can buy a policy that covers replacement cost. I would guess this gentleman would have been smart to insure his 5 homes. They were most likely rentals
Hurricane Florida
I worked in Crystal River and they are 40 year old trailers no homes. Real shit holes you can still get for 40 to 50k
