This is great... I have a tiny setup for playing with acoustic guitar players (1 snare drum, 16" bass drum, and sometimes maybe a cymbal mounted on the bass drum). I've really only played "typical stuff" on the snare, like I would do on a full kit (but using brushes, multi-rods, or broomsticks etc) and never really thought to use the snare in such a variety of ways like you've shown in the video. Yes..... I just ordered the book. Looking forward to going through it🙂
