Hi,I’m trying to swap my European keyless start 2012 C-Max BCM (same as Kuga/Escape mk2 and Focus mk3) i would like to know what is the procedure and the tools i need to pair my two keys to the new BCM? Regards.
Replaced a 2012 ford focus BCM that had corrosion on pins. Replaced it with another 2012 ford focus BCM. What needs to be changed on the new BCM? No key is detected now. Any help be appreciated. Also will forscan reprogram this? Thanks in advance.
You will need to perform PMI(Programable Module Installation) using FJDS/IDS which usually does online programming as well as As Built data. Than minimum 2 keys needs to be programmed to new BCM. After, perform Parameter reset. At that point car should be able to start. All TPMS sensors also might have to relearned.
@@huyug1 Thank you for information. I looked up the as built data. Both BCM are the same data entered in the fields. So how does the BCM and PATS system work together? If for some reason the new BCM don't work once PATS is programed with the old BCM reinstalled work with no further programing? The old one is currently working just having issues with horn going off and key fob not working correctly from the corrosion on some of the pins on the BCM.
And the Pats? Please make a Video :) I have replace the BCM for my Ford Fiesta 02/2013, keyless entry BCM programming is okay, the Pats programming 🧐🧐🧐

Why did you finish with Autel IM608? You couldn't do the parameter reset with FJDS?
He did say in the video that he used the IM608 because he didn’t have access to the Ford security codes. The IM608 just by passes the need for a code.

Boss can we Program all the module with j2534 like specially when I have to change the transmission can we put solenoid data with this or need vcm2
