This video I was actually waiting for. I was just wondering how you got it done. Now I know. I think we both got the IM around the same time 2020. I ran into the same problem like you. The woman that owned the car had only one key and she lost that one. Me, as the great savior, laughed and said " no problem". I remember I got really really pissed off with the Autel. So much so that I called Germany to ask if they were insane. That didn't help of course but still. We , or at least I found, paid a lot of money for the IM and it couldn't even do a stupid Ford freaking Focus. I did the same as you by calling a friend of mine who owns a Ford dealership and he fixed it. It seems that, no matter how much equipment you buy, there will always be issues. Nice video Luis. Had the same issue this week, downloaded Forscan and used my Autel Vci as a passthru and it did the Pats alignment no problem at all. The Forscan prescription is only £10 for the year. An amazing tool for the money, look into it. Awesome videos as always mate 👍

When I had the issue, and I guess Luis the same, there was only the option of buying a new tool or have a friend or service who could do online coding.
but you had blade key for sure no keyless go
Had similar thing with Ford s max recently. Replaced bcm for faulty reverse lights. VCM2 with a fjds subscription couldn't do it. Needed someone with ETIS account to get security access. This car in particular was keyless so instead it was an RFA module reset in fjds. Forscan definitely could not do this for the newer vehicles. (2015+)

The easy was just cloning the bsi and vvdi prog is a walk over on that so easy bro.

Hi I have a ford ficus 2014 plate is there a way I can regrow my module online with my key
just had to do similar with a vag group car (Seat Ibiza), changed ecu, had to find someone who had online GEKO account, and using vas5054a/6054 and Odis, Skoda/Seat still allow online coding of secondhand/used immo parts at the moment, but I believe VW/Audi since last year only allow online coding of only virgin/new immo parts, stuff is becoming a nightmare

Fairly sure you can do it with fdrs online, you just need to buy the service online and use the autel cable to pass through.

Hi mate I have an Audi A5 2009 when I turn on the car everything works fine but after some seconds when I’m start driving the speedo goes to zero abs epc esp lights came on and shows me also brake warning contact workshop.
If I turn off the car everything goes to normal but after a while is doing the same thing.
I was on audi yesterday. They did a Dignostic and they couldn’t find any faults because they told me that my ecu has been upgraded.
and when they try to find the faults the computer is crushing and doesn’t show any fault.
1 another guy told that the gateway and the wiring has been changed.
I have no idea what the problem is but I have saw many videos of you and u find solutions for everything.

Much appreciated for professional troubleshooting but autel IM508&IM608 can do but this feature is hidden bro...parameter reset is hidden under remote learn go there and you see parameter reset there i change Ecu & Bcm with autel IM508 not going tru hassle with IDS online programming...this work we all learn everyday 🙏🙏

There is no device can do everything . You should buy everything to fix one model . I think the x horse can do the job but it expensive.
Key Programming is the most job that need to buy alot of machines for all cars

thought you would have problems , had the same thing i read data off old chip and transferred it over , i could not do the matching part autologic cannot do it either as they cannot validate security of the car being programmed

the snap on software after version 15 can do ford pats keys
The autel can do the keys... no problem...
In this case was the BCM that did not belong to the car...

Hi Iv got a mk7 transit it will run for 10 20 30 minutes then cut out then when I go to turn key I get no dash lights and ticking from glove box any ideas ? Thanks

I believe you can clone them... I did not have the tool for it...

@@LMAutoRepairs I planning too to buy VVDI programmer soon. As programmer only it may not so attractive but there is load of quick adapters, what can make life easier. BMW EWS4 /CAS3 / CAS4 adapter, Mercedes EIS adapters set, Audi BCM2 adapters and remote renew adapters. Exploring current options, may be just swap the chips. Sure, these big MCU chips is another class to remove and solder back. Mobilephone repair shops may be have the necessary tools for that purpose.
You can do the big ones, unless they are really big... I done them successfully in the past... in this BCM though, the two boards would need split first, then the chip...

Iv done the instrument cluster in August
But I have issues I still have the U1900 lost communication and my main problem is the dashboard light stay on 24 hour they never are of I got new battery 2 Months ago and now is flat do u have any idea why it happens??

why not read just the chip inside the bcm i think hc12 mcu and write it in new one and car will start

I did not have the tool for it...
Or at least, a tool that I was 100% would do it...

Lol😂 ups !, you showed that you made a mistake in the diagnosis thinking it was the BCM, when in reality it was just the key.
If you are being serious, you have definitely to read the description of this video, nor you have understood what exactly was wrong with the car...
