I just ordered quite a variety of Kava from Kalm, in hopes to defeat the nightly alcohol demon. I live alone and also struggle with depression and anhedonia. I first learned about kava and took it before the pre-scare days in middle school (1999ish). I'm excited to bring it back into my life the traditional way. Wish me luck finding my favorite one.
My first night was really pleasant! Second night I think I had too much and I felt a little sick for a couple days. My liver enzymes are only slightly elevated, so I probably need to give kava and alcohol a break for a while, then try again.
