I never get much effects from these. I like the taste though. But I took a normal serving and added a little more to it. Drank it with water and an hour later didn't feel much. Did some micronized and felt it right away. Did it the next day with just micronized and still felt it. So these concentrates don't seem to do much

What a great interview. Kava is absolutely a spirit or consciousness imo. Never heard anyone else say it but I absolutely agree. The main path for kavas protection IMO is keeping it separate from kratom. Kava is quickly becoming more accepted as kratom is becoming less accepted (IMO). The only reason kratom has become way more accepted to some people IMO is because of sneaking into kava bars. Other than kava bars no one sells kratom by the cup in any other industry. There's a reason theres no kratom bars that also sell kava. Because you can't have a kratom bar since its not technically allowed for consumption. Hence the sneaking in reference. Kratoms mantra is essentially "better than opium" or "its an opioid not opiate", which is sad because imagine kavas mantra being straight-faced "better than alcohol"; its like: 'Thats all you got?' Anyways I have no prob with kratom and know its a miracle leaf; its just not good for the kava industry (keeping my bias out, even just due to FDAs view of kratom currently) and should be pointed out more than it is.

As a Polynesian this is a traditional drink that’s been used for special ceremony or just a small family and friends gathering to show respect too each other. Now it’s a medication for the world. Never could be proud that a small island drink can help the world with depression or anxiety. Now the world needs too know that. There even national medicine that we still use till this day that is way better and natural roots for the human body. One more secret to these natural roots and it will give you strong body and strong bone structure. Why do you think 🇹🇴🇼🇸 kids come out so big and strong is because of this natural roots that our women’s drink while they’re are pregnant. Natural medication still works.

Kava does so work! I experienced the same exact thing as her so this cracks me up!!! The first time I tried it, I was out with my bestfriend at a Cafe and we were talking about really heavy emotional relationship stuff that we were going through at that time and the next thing we know, we just felt so good while talking about it and it just didn't even matter anymore, we just started laughing and felt so chill and content in life! It was amazinggggg. I still enjoy kava here and there til this day! ❤

I love Kava tea. I only ever drink it once in awhile (aka when I absolutely need to relax, sleep, or just chill). I use it as a destressor, as it helps naturally relax my muscles and reduces my headaches. When I have it, its only one tea bag. And it's every 2 or 3 weeks, no more than like 3 times a month Only issue Ive faced has been feeling tired more easily, as I already have Narcolepsy (so this stuff makes me feel almost like stoned and I get really chill😅) I really do think that it's worth the benefits! I might actually have some in a second because I need a nap 😂

I don't really feel the effects no matter what brand or how I prepare it. Guess it's back to fentanyl for me!
