We used a rendition of this SSV arrangement, on one of our signons, back when I worked in radio. Also, from the radio days, I noticed the cart flutter at the end of the ID, before the signoff. WDAZ used to air the same sign off for their station before they switched to digital!
WSEE in Erie signed off to this version of the SSB as well.
