How to make Tiramisu Cookies at Home

If you are a tiramisu & chocolate lover then these cookies are for you as these little piece of heaven tastes like Tiramisu!
Ingredient
90 g cream cheese
30 g butter
15 g white sugar
30 g brown sugar
1 egg
4 g coffee powder
100 g flour
3 g baking powder (1/2 tsp)
3 g vanilla (1/2 tsp)
40 g Chopped walnuts
50 g Chopped chocolate
LET IT REST IN THE REFRIGERATOR FOR 1 HOURS

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180C/360F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large mixing bowl cream together cream cheese and butter until fluffy, about 5 minutes.
3. Add white sugar, brown sugar
4. Add the egg
5.Add the Coffee powder
6. Add flour and baking powder and vanilla and beat until well combined Then we add chopped chocolate and Chopped walnuts to it
Place the batter in the refrigerator for 1 hours.
7. Roll the batter into 35 g balls. place the cookies on the baking sheet, leave about 2 inches (5 cm) apart.
8. Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly browned around the edges. Let cool 15-20 minutes.
