Hey there awesome work just what I needed for my project. Just purchased the files from etsy but having trouble opening the file spiderman lens145 setka it's a PDO file any advice would be greatly appreciated 👍
these are templates for transparent lenses. they can be opened with the program pepakura designer, this program is free

when you squint hard, your cheek touches the sensor and the lens opens or closes

Do the lenses work based on the movement of your eyes? For example, If your left eye squints, the left lense automatically squints too?
Yes, you need to squint strongly and the lens will work, you need to touch the sensor with your cheek and the eye will close or open.

instead of using 4 AAA batteries could you use 2 18650s? also i assume the ir sensors react with your cheek moving am i correct in that?
Hi, you can use any batteries, as long as they are 4-5 volts, the sensors respond to cheek movement, you are right

can i scale the faceshell to fit my head, and if i do, which parts do i scale?
It is not recommended to scale the mask, as you will have to change the size of the outer and inner lenses, and you will have to adjust the mechanism. The mechanism cannot be scaled.
