Wait since you pulled the vacuum after putting in the pag oil into the low side, wouldn’t the oil you just put in to the low side be sucked into the vacuum yellow line ?

Oil typically stays in the system, only when you replace the pump do you need to be concerned with oil.

Change that nasty air filter. Way over due.
