I'm Costa Rican, but I lived in Denmark during 2017, I saw your ride on Strava a couple of months ago and I was waiting for this video, and now that you upload this video, it makes me feel like if you did it here in Costa Rica, it made me nostalgic seeing all those cities that I knew and my beloved cities of Aalborg and Skagen, where I lived in both.

I am truly blow away by this channel. You have to be one of the most inspiring people I’ve ever seen. I’ve been binge watching after finding it the other day. Keep up the amazing adventures with your astonishing filming and editing! Personally I’m a cyclist. I started almost two years ago when I was over weight and found out I had a heart condition. Scared me straight and I’m in the best shape of my life. This channel has me thinking about adding running now. I’ve always been a weak runner, hence why I cycle, but I feel like I need to give it a good go!

Ok then I wish you the best of luck with your running just remember to start out easy and then slowly increase the volume in your running to let your body adapt.

Maybe my favorite video on this channel so far. Very simple and beautiful.
Very nice as always! I had the same plan as you to do the Denmark trip by bike but because of the travel restrictions as a Swede living in Sweden I was not able to do so this summer. Instead I did the Gothenburg-Malmö solo ride in 1 day (330 km, 1600 m elevation) and I can just confirm that the body got into the "meditational" state after +8 hours in the saddle. I hope to do the Denmark trip next year. Good inspiration! :)

Thats nice, here in Perú, there isn't bike lanes (only in big parks), so it is difficult to ride a bicycle. In addition, drivers drive very poorly and there is a high density of cars: it is hell for cyclists. I would like to ride a bike in the Nordic countries, everything looks safe and the landscapes are beautiful.
Goran you under value your achievements, you've got good results in multiple races at various distance, you've done a ultra marathon, run up mountains and cycled through a country, ow and managed to make a successful TH-cam channel, well done!

At 7:'04 if there is no traffic or cars coming at the traffic lights I would simply run it the red lights to keep your foward motion going.As long as theres no traffic or police to see it then most likely you will be o.k.An old saying was "If a tree falls in the forest and there is no ear to hear it does it make any noise?"

You are a huge inspiration. I have always enjoyed a challenge and an adventure and I have recently found trail running and obstacle course races. However, these still don’t seem to be a challenge enough. The way you push your limits and always look for the next challenge is exactly where I am in my life. Watching your videos is inspiration that I too can complete the ultra marathon and Yak Attack mountain bike race that I have my sights on within the next few years. Thank you for your videos and keep them coming!

Well done, on an amazing ride :D When you ride long distance, don`t think about the whole distance, only fokus on the next pitstop. That your mind can handle, especially when you get tired. Ride from pitstop to pitstop and stay positive ;)

I dont get why most of guys riding a bicycle are driving on the road and not the bicycle lanes - here in Denmark they are all over the place, and just slows down cars etc...
I ride myself, but i use the lanes as people should! Its not tour de france, its a hobby...
I just need to go for a jog first. I know why now, hahaha
Haha yep needed to keep the habit going, but it felt pretty crazy to go for a run before cycling through a whole country 😅

Yep it stinks but everyone has a bad race. I think we have to wait and see if he can bounce back before we say his reign is over.
