Become Aware of Your Habits & Actions to Live Life more Intentionally

- We are what we repeatedly do, as Aristotle said. Our habitual actions shape the outcomes of our lives quite significantly. Interestingly, we are often not aware of how our impulses and habits affect the results we see in our lives, which can lead to us not being able to make the changes we wish we could in order to live more aligned with our values, goals, and intentions. In this practice, we learn to become more aware of the impulses and behaviors we routinely engage in. Through this awareness, we become better able to make changes and move toward a the outcomes we aspire to see :)
This practice is part of the Mindfulness-Based Strategic Awareness Training (MBSAT) developed by Juan H. Young (2023).
