I was on the lookout for an ultrabook (thin and light laptop, not too powerful but good build and battery) a couple months ago; toyed around with the idea of getting a 14-inch Avita Liber (i5, large trackpad, IPS screen) for about 42k. Did some digging through hundreds of comments, and found that their build quality isn't good and their customer support never answers. Well that answers your question :P PS I got The Zenbook UX430-UA for 46k. Absolutely love it, and would recommend over the competiton (for non gamers) any day!

I'm using Avita Laptop from Sept 2019. It's a 12 inches model for my daily office work. Initially felt no issue as it's lightweight and battery backup was good but now after 6 months build quality is not up to the marks, screws are getting lose, hinges showing the slight issue. I suggest go for some other laptop, if you are looking for better build quality
Thanks for sharing your feedback, that's what I like about our user community :) On this Avita Pura I feel the entire body is made up on Plastics hence if a user is a rough user the laptop might survive for long. Yeah Acer and Asus have similar config laptops but their pricing is Rs 8-10K more. I should get the Asus VivoBook 14" by next week will come it's build quality with the same.
@@talasilajayanth i3 8th gen gives maybe half the performance of the Ryzen 5 3500-U. And im personally using the HP 14s with ryzen, and I barely encounter any heating issues. Heating issues has less to do with the processor itself, and more with the thermal design of the laptop.

5 years ago I bought a laptop with i3 2110,512gb(hdd ofc),2gb ram with same kind of build quality (100% plastic) for 34k and I feel its very good for this price bcoz of its processor,ssd

There are some things i want to highlight and ask from you. 1) Ram has dual channel support but is it working in dual channel mode and if yes then is the ram upgradable? and is the RAM soldered in one of the slots for dual channel support. I read that RAM working in dual channel mode vastly increases the performance. 2) I saw the laptop has 4mb memory cache but in other ryzen 3500u processors I have seen 6 mb cache. What difference will these 2mb cache have on performance. 3) Battery cells are sure low on power...a good extensive review on battery in real life conditions would be welcomed.

@@Anil2684 I've been researching a lot of laptops these days and also enquired about the Acer swift 3, at the store and I feel it's a great laptop if you're getting one for general use. Like it will easily handle everything you throw at it. It can even handle light editing. Only catch with it is absence of a good GPU. Currently in this price range Swift 3(Ryzen one) is the best you can get looking at all aspects. You can get it for around 60k on the Acer website and a little less than that at the Acer store. The Intel one is also good but I feel Ryzen is a beast in its own. The Intel one will be cheaper at the store.

Outdoor the visibility wont be good but indoors it's fine... battery I feel will last 3-4 hrs I don't expect more..... heating will be there will heavy task and gaming.... but casual stuff it's fine but fans do come on quickly on this one.

Good to see somebody covering the ryzen chips in 30-40k range because almost all other videos about the best laptop in 30-40k range are covering intel ones(i3 and i5 8th gen) But the ryzen chips outperform the intel ones

My first desktop computer was AMD powered and after a year the noise cpu fans used to make to cool down the processor was damn annoying, since then I never bought any AMD processor based laptop/desktop. Dear AMD please work on the heating issue rather than participating in the speed race.

The laptop is good under 50k but only problem of the laptop is its battery backup as it lasts only for 2-3 hours. If you can extend your budget to 55k then you can consider Acer Aspire 7 2020.
I have Avita laptop with 8th Gen Core i5, 8 GB Ram, 256 GB SSD since June 2019. Brought it from Flipkart, quality is very good. As a programming laptop it is very good SQL, browser, git hub, microsoft visual studio, xampp and many more programs running parallely without heating issues. The build quality is also very good. I haven't done gaming on it, but doubt it will be good. There is a service center in Mumbai, but haven't used it till now.

Currently in this price range Swift 3(Ryzen one) is the best you can get looking at all aspects. You can get it for around 60k on the Acer website and a little less than that at the Acer store. The Intel one is also good but I feel Ryzen is a beast in its own. The Intel one will be cheaper at the store.

Liked before you said Hi! Past two days I was searching laptop for my daughter. The 10 year old inspiron finally gave up.
In your review please check how long the battery lasts, is there heating issue, outdoor visibility.
Outdoor the visibility wont be good but indoors it's fine... battery I feel will last 3-4 hrs I don't expect more..... heating will be there will heavy task and gaming.... but casual stuff it's fine but fans do come on quickly on this one.

Good to see somebody covering the ryzen chips in 30-40k range because almost all other videos about the best laptop in 30-40k range are covering intel ones(i3 and i5 8th gen)

Seriously. I could not find a single video review of laptop with ryzen 5. Either they are in very bad quality footage or they are in different language which i can't understand a word.
It's better to buy laptops offline coz store provide u with all d software u want free of cos... I bought dell Inspiron yesterday for 38K n he gave all d software stuff with 15months license n a wireless mouse also for free so it's better to always buy from shop
My first desktop computer was AMD powered and after a year the noise cpu fans used to make to cool down the processor was damn annoying, since then I never bought any AMD processor based laptop/desktop. Dear AMD please work on the heating issue rather than participating in the speed race.

The laptop is good under 50k but only problem of the laptop is its battery backup as it lasts only for 2-3 hours. If you can extend your budget to 55k then you can consider Acer Aspire 7 2020.

I have Avita laptop with 8th Gen Core i5, 8 GB Ram, 256 GB SSD since June 2019. Brought it from Flipkart, quality is very good.
As a programming laptop it is very good SQL, browser, git hub, microsoft visual studio, xampp and many more programs running parallely without heating issues.
The build quality is also very good.
I haven't done gaming on it, but doubt it will be good.
There is a service center in Mumbai, but haven't used it till now.
