That's just plain rude. The way Leslie described it, there was no phone call to announce or request that Ivanka enter the room when he was engaged. I would guess none happened. She has been known to do that after Trump took office, too. Snippy assumption of privilege just because the boss is daddy.
You are half-right. It was a casual meeting between Leslie and Trump. So Ivanka didn't needed phone call to announce her entry. But this game is tiresome and have been repeated in several interviews with the press including with the NY-Times. Ivanka walked in with her own children who hugged their granny. Trump is so narcissistic. He loves to be excessively be praised and loved even by those who constantly bash him of the big press.
