So this is a classic case of: "We have all of the evidence, but there are just too many reasons, too many circumstances, too many "nuances" and too many "complexities" to actually bring charges." For those who are saying: "They have nothing..." , well, strictly speaking, that's correct. You have nothing if you do nothing with the evidence. What's the point if you do not bring charges? Yet all muricans do this always, when it's POLICE who don't solve or prevent any crime, or politicians who NEVER DO THE ONE JOB THEY ARE PAID TO DO.
      EX:
we can arrest ALL politicians for ALL debt on the local, state, and fed levels. PERFECT fiduciary crimes up and down. Easy to prove.
But nothing our govt does is currently lawful.
That's why they have the biggest GUNS ON EARTH.

The consequences for financial crimes or breaking regulations are minimal in this county. I've discovered over half dozen of people who have committed fraud, money laundering, and human trafficking through judgement collection process. I literally handed over bank statement and other financial transactions I collected during the subpoena process to AG's and police. To this date note ONE of those individuals have been arrested. The justice system is fundamentally broken, inaccessible to the layperson, and extremely favors those who have money. How in any sort of common sense does a petty drug dealer get 10 years in jail while Elizabeth Holmes gets 12 years (likely 5 for good behavior) for stealing billions? A $25M Ponzi schemer gets only 6 years? Our justice system incentivizes financial fraud through and through. This is what happens when you make DA's politicians who can be bought like Allen Bragg.
