    He's absolutely incredible! It doesn't get any better than this. Frank Zane made bodybuilding a real art and so much more meaningful.

    Incline bench press is my favorite exercise and I think for Bodybuilding it's a great choice and is the perfect move that covers a seated press and a bench press working both more of the anterior delt and the upper chest...great vid!!

    Zane was only 1 of three people who could claim they beat Arnold in a competition. Sergio Oliva and Chet Yorton were the other two.

      bry ross he rarely did direct work, ive only seen couple pics/videos training neck out of million other photos, same with traps. Breathing trough nose and breathing heavy developed neck to a degree, training rear shoulders with some exercises also worked traps for example uprights rows (depends on the position of your elbows, forearms).

    I do is train golden era style I shout take short rests and smash just bench deadlifts squats etc while everyone else seems to be doing cables and leaving out the basics and I’m the only one sweating! Golden era was the best body’s they where strong as they lolkes and beautiful! Now they weak and pumped
    Up about to have a heart attack top
    Level is just drug abuse and they look crap

    Serge Nubret was better... Zane has / had a thin chest - No Thickness... Zane never performed a Real Side Chest Pose because he never totally developed a Chest, Compared to Serge Nubret he Zane really lacked.
    However, Symmetry was a requirement after Lee Haney, this was no longer a requirement. Huge mistake.

    Why does Frank Zane look unspectacular in his old age? Has he quit training altogether? At what point did that happen, and why? Did his body reach an age where he was unable to process the drugs? Did his joints give up and refuse to handle the weights? How has he gone from incredible to normal in his latter years?

    • @lucad4913
      @lucad4913 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Gary Duncan he trains upper body and lower body 1x a week each. He said it’s “adequate” for his age, and that due to old age it’s what is realistic. His diet however is still on point always.

    • @Gravedigger2024

    • @matthewjohnson1211
      @matthewjohnson1211 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It’s two things: Zane is getting friggin old -doesn’t matter what type of “god” you were in the 1970’s. Also, when you take drugs to surpass your body’s normal abilities, you pay the price later on...
