Finally! A re-upload where the new quality really shines. This game gets a little dark sometimes and with a regular composite cable setup it's really difficult to see certain objects. I remember spending HOURS searching for an elevator switch in my previous run. If you'd like to compare quality.. I'll post the link to the old video at the bottom of this comment. About the game itself.. not terrible, not good either. The awful camera switches really ruin it because it makes the controls unnecessarily difficult. Scooby also constantly gets in the way and sometimes blocks access to a door. He literally doesn't serve any purpose. Final complaint would perhaps be the chasing parts.. you simply can't outrun the bad guy and he'll always catch speed with you. Make sure you have enough HP at all times or you'll softlock yourself like I did. Link to the old upload (100k+ views): th-cam.com/video/bpXYY63YMoE/w-d-xo.html
34:21 I love how you're being chased by this weirdo in a Witchdoctor costume, and there's some guy just lounging there like he doesn't give a rat's tuches about it. Your life may be in danger, but to heck with it if he's gonna let you spoil his vacation. Lol
I got this game for Christmas, 2001. I can remember how excited I was before I was easily scared by the monsters and sudden music changes. The Ghoul King, with it's raspy roar, absolutely terrified me, enough to give me nightmares. But still, terrific game.
Classic Creep Capers' Villains' names 1. Black Knight Ghost 2. Snow Ghost 3. Hawaiian Witch Doctor 4. Ghoul King For those who want the long story short.
Many people don't know that Scooby Doo Classic Creep Capers was going to be released for PS1 as well, but unfortunately the PS1 version was cancelled at the time, it probably would have sold more than the N64 version.
I like the idea that there was a mysterious villain behind every monster and mystery the gang encountered in the old days it certainly explains why they used the same method of disguising themselves as monsters.
I didn't play this as a kid, only now as an older scooby fan. I played the first chapter on emulator but it was surprisingly difficult and confusing. I don't think I would have been able to beat the 'case of classic creeps' on my own. There are a LOT of items to collect scattered all over with really loud creepy enemies. Especially finding that pickup that is hidden out of sight in the gear section 1:03:40 , which I know you get a hint for earlier, but still, dang. Even just finding the net on the wall at 1:00:23 , that hardly looks like something you can interact with. Even 55:28 the tiny hammer pickup on the bottom of the screen. I watched a bit of your older video of that section, and ya on an old TV that pickup is probably extremely unfair. It is successfully creepy though, and it does have a lot of similarities with the show, so it is kind of cool, especially the first 3 chapters.
I can remember this was a game you could play as a demo at Best Buy....... I remember being thrown out of the museum building by the guard several times! I don't ever recall finding the elevator though.
James L. “Axel Foley” Anderson: There's already a Scooby-Doo game on Nintendo 64, Would that be the subtitle to the movie and book, too? My friends and I all debated what it would be. Would it be Scooby-Doo What a Night for a Knight, Scooby-Doo That's Snow Ghost", Scooby-Doo uh, "A Tiki Scare is No Fair", Scooby-Doo um, Here Comes the Witch’s Ghost!? Well, no. We were far off.
I remember getting stuck on the Easter statue puzzle for hours as a kid only to find out that the parrot in the shack gives you the solution if you gave it a cracker. Really short game in retrospect, I've also played the GBC version which is based on the Doctor Jekyll episode.
Haha ha ha YEAH!! 😂 I keep imagine the creators of this game are secretly huge Resident Evil fans.... (Or maybe the creators of Resident Evil are Scooby Doo fans :D)
I randomly remembered this game not because I played it…but because the courage the cowardly dog vhs had a random walkthrough video for the first level. I always wanted to play it but I never could
Beat this game today and geez the controls are rough, it’s almost kinda unplayable with how the camera changes, you need to be able to run straight to get away from the bad guys chasing you but it’s incredibly hard
Hi I've just started playing this game I've never played it lol I can play it on my tablet for free found a app that I can play it on I am shocked theres gameplay on my channel of me playing it
Got this game at a game trader store, also I think that damn black knight slightly traumatized me cause now in the RE4 remake I got so scared of those fucking suits of armor, specifically the clanking

Jinkies a Scooby Game on the N64, still discovering new Scooby Games thanks to this Channel.

i loved this game as a kid. i would play this game from beginning to end over and over. im only disappointed there wasn't anymore levels.
I like the idea that there was a mysterious villain behind every monster and mystery the gang encountered in the old days it certainly explains why they used the same method of disguising themselves as monsters.
I remember playing this game a lot we used to rent it from Blockbuster me and my brother my aunt had an account there
I remember a friend of mine had this game and there was a cheat code he used that made Shaggy not be afraid of anything in this game.
Ahh, the smell of blockbuster shoots through my nostrils as I relive this distant childhood memory.
Some silly kids games can still be scary, and this is one of them. I couldn't finish it, lol.
Awesome video! I never heard of this game until this video.
Scooby-Doo Classic Creep Capers aka Baby's First Resident Evil.
Such a classic game and it was pretty difficult when i was a kid but i beat it so many times i can nearly remember everything
I wish there were more than just four episodes of this game like maybe A Clue for Scooby-Doo or Go Away Ghost Ship or Mine Your Own Business
never knew this game exist....interesting..thank you
Had this on the GBC, never finished it. I doubt it ever will, but if this was included with the N64 stuff on the Switch, I'd be so happy.

This was the final game that THQ published for the N64, and it's not too bad. THQ was well known for publishing high quality titles.
longplay of "Scooby Doo And The Cyber Chase" for Ps1 i had that game 🔥🔥😎
I remember getting this game in 2001. It was the last N64 game I got before stores like Wal-Mart stopped selling N64 games.
The kitchen help you to restore his energy
That's right :) I think I visited it once. Didn't need it very much
1 of the first games I played and beat on the 64!!! Loved it.
I'm glad I begged my mom to buy me this game it was so awesome and the best soundtracks too.
I can remember this was a game you could play as a demo at Best Buy....... I remember being thrown out of the museum building by the guard several times! I don't ever recall finding the elevator though.
i remember gettin chased by the guard for a century, then when i realised how to knock him out i felt like such a 7yo genius

Just found my old n64 games and here we are lol
Initial release date : 29 November 2000
The yeti monsters did it for me. Scared the crap out of me
due to this game having less voice acting it feels like a horror game
I agree it felt like that growing up
I randomly remembered this game not because I played it…but because the courage the cowardly dog vhs had a random walkthrough video for the first level. I always wanted to play it but I never could
I wish they put more episodes in here like Mine Your Own Business, Go Away Ghost Ship or A Clue for Scooby-Doo
Un juegazo
