So after watching your videos I have now done the 24/24 carb everything u suggested, carb case too and moving onto stock cylinder porting and piston. Thanks a lot for all the videos.
u are welcome, glad to hear its usefull 🍻😃 document it, send me data when u are done and, lets put it online, so that we have more third Party reviews as in the beginning of this video

Have you ever opened up the 'fake transfer ports' on a stock p200 cylinder? I was looking at your explanation in another video and got to thinking about it...made me curious. Also, how much do you think a mild tune like this would benefit (or not) from some degree of variable ignition timing? Basically everything you did in this video is *free* so just trying to see if you can justify the $$$ it would cost. Thanks!!
Also, I'm a little confused on your exhaust calculations. Standard bore on a p200 is 66.5mm. Your measurements of 40 (56.6%) and 42.8 (60%) are giving me bores of 70.67 and 71.3 respectively...where am I going wrong?
Everything brings power, step by step, i would do: 1) cyl timings 2) intake timings 3) exhaust porting 4) good cyl head 5) opening transfer ports but only up to a certain limit of course as the port area/size is small and the cyl in general an old tractor cyl 😉
the 1port original and pinasco cyl compared to a real tuning cyl with 3 real ports, clearlly smaller port areas = only limited power achievable th-cam.com/video/qMpMdMkkxYQ/w-d-xo.html
Following your guide I've got 74mph out of my bike. I switched to a Polini Box from Simonini and it's much better, more torque, power, and far quieter. I'm running the original piston (2.5mm rings), an si24 (drilled main jet bore to 2.5mm), and a sip fast flow tap. Cheers
@@FreakMoPed8 thanks anyway! And is it mandatory to increase the intake from carburator and also cut about 2mm of the crankshaft? I have the engine already close and don't know if I run the risk of blowing up the engine without giving the "right" flow of fuel to the cylinde and piston....thanks in advance man, so much appreciated! Regards from Spain

You are the best !!! I was waiting for a video like this. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.

Same applies for pinasco as its a alu copy of the original cyl and also has only 1 real port

Thx nathan for the info. yep, all these old exhausts are outdated and modern boxes by far, way better.
people still. Dont believe that
120kmh thats great!! 😎👌
What is your jetting?
Hi, thanks for this video man. And by the way... how many hp do you it can reach with these modifications? Ill do tomorrow on my cylinder
Duno sorry. Definitely way more riding fun 😎🍻

Did you start with the 12 hp cylinder with the raised port timing or a stock timing cylinder?
Standard 200cc 12hp cylinder. No timings changed.
Hi! Is posible modify transfer port cilinder polini 177 cast iron?
what you mean exactly?
anticipo fisso 23 gradi?
i prefer 21
advance 23 degrees?
i prefer 21
10 oder 12ps Zylinder als Ausgangslage?
das kann man bei beiden machen, sinnvoller ist natürlich ein 12ps
Was für eine quetschkante fährst du? Gruss
Do you know when will the sip fast Flow tap be back in stock?
no, sry.
