Like the number of times he said, “suit yourself”. Very easy going.

Beautiful fly Davie, I love the way the different dubbing colours blend together to create a sort of sunburst effect, similar to the sunburst paint jobs on guitar bodies, etc!

I watch your videos over and over, but of all I have watched, this is by far my favorite. I've lost track of how many times I have watched you tie this fly, and each time, it is a wonder.
Any fish willing to pass this morsel up needs to have it's head examined!

really like this fly and tied it's sleek swept back profile!
I have just tied one using teal in the throat and orange wing to suit the colour i find effective on my river.
Also used rhea instead of heron or B.E.P and it worked really well, just have to wait now till time in season comes to fish this style of fly.
I have watched other tying vids on here and they just aren't the same as yours which i think are so easy to follow, you are no question the finest tier on the globe at moment.
    respect

Hey Davie, I left you some comments on Flickr. (Wondering what you used to tie some flies) if you could get back to me that would be great! If not I totally understand! I will try my best to figure it out myself. All the best, Mike
