    Thank you so much for sharing your personal statement, it’s such a wonderful piece. I’m just about to start mine and have taken lots of inspiration from yours. X

    Thank you dear! This video has just simplified my teacher's training personal statement. I've been unable to submit my application since April 2023. Thank God I stumbled on this. It's illuminating.

    Congratulations 🥳 on your PGCE course.What made you decide you want to become a teacher. Thinking whether this is the path for me as I have young children.

      Thanks so much! 😊 I've been working with kids for a while and it's definitely the most meaningful and rewarding job I've ever had. And to see the impact you can have on their day, year and life is only one of the million reasons why. Try volunteering if you wanna get a feel for it! 🤔

    Hello there!
    I am applying to do PGCE PCET in Sep 2022 and your video is really helpful. However, I am a TA in College and I am more interested in FE. Keep up the good work and all the best.

    When you talk about your experience in schools and with kids in your PS, does the experience need to be very recent or could you refer to stuff that you’ve done in the past 1/2 years? And would you need to state that it was 1/2 years ago, or could I just put ‘in my past experiences I have...’

    • @cherscoolbeans
      @cherscoolbeans  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Experience does not need to be recent and its fine to say 'in my past experience...' Good luck!!

    Hello there!
    I'm an international student aspiring to do PGCE in the UK. I tried applying through a consultancy in India, for 2021 Sept batch. I wrote a 500 word SOP adhering to the points that you've mentioned in the video, but the consultants told me that my SOP was too short and I had to rewrite another one with more than 2000 words. Sadly my application got rejected, for the reasons I still don't know.
    I'm hoping to apply next year, better prepared in all means.
    Would you please tell me if the SOPs of international students are any different?
    Thanks so much!

    No wonder they were inspired by your personal statement. I have not your child experience except school exposure days. Really helped me with the scaffolding of my personal statement

    I am looking to get into PGCE in secondary mathematics or computing for September 2022 intake . I am from India.
    Do you recommend me going through the whole application process with the help of an agent or can I do it all by myself?
