Very interesting stuff, all of this guys do amazing work.
Hi to all mechanics from Pakistan, you guys are awesome.
and ford would not hire these talented people without a degree.i remember as 33.01 my brother use to do that with feeler gauge...love from jamaica
Durka durka, we don need no stinking torque wrench! Durka durrrrrrrr
It's truly amazing how these guys do so much with so little...But man...get a torque wrench...I'd lose sleep at night without knowing the torque on those mains...lol
These guys are awesome. Hope they get paid well ,they know what they’re doing.
their earnings are pocketmoney for us
half their pay is called employer rent for the being allowed to even work for the employer... Think the RR in america way back, or the great wall ....
excellent work great mechanics

Thanks 👍
If I had billions I would love to show up and build a stat of the art facility for these people.
Would love to see how much better they could be with quality tools and environment. Doing something with nothing has always impressed me about people in poor countries.
Within 1 year they would be striking for better pay wages and improved working conditions. Just saying..
People in America don't realize how well off they are until you see how primitive other countries are.
@@Ada-zn3pw You are wrong, people in America created those conditions almost 200 years a go, it's just that a lot of people in America and many parts of the world, would love to push America back to those conditions, America is still the greatest country in the planet.
The oil can guy has the best gig.
Imagine how much longer this engine would run before requiring a rebuild if they had used new pistons and liners.
Or a torque wrench
I think for the 100$ they probably got paid yer lucky they did that good . Gotta have stuff break often when you fix it fast and cheap
How do you know that they didn’t use new piston rings and liners ?
Look at their hands. No scratch, not injuries. Very good mecanics.
Thanks For Appreciation 😊
These guys are doing a great job, given their situation and surroundings, in the United States this is considered a backyard “shade tree” freshen up. In their country this is the defacto industry standard acceptable workmanship.., we would generally never consider opening an engine up on a dirt driveway and install wrist pins on a dirty table and allow that dirty oil in the engine for initial fire up..
These guys are kinda shade-tree mechanics but kinda amazing too!
That man has a calibrated torque elbow.
People doing their best with the tools and resources available. Respect.
Where's my PPE scream the guys in the west
Great job! This is teamwork!! Thanks for sharing!! 🤙🏻🤙🏻👌
excellent team work, u guys are very good, the main thing is u have a very good leader GREAT JOB EXCELLENT
Parabéns mecânicos!!! Ótimo trabalho!!!🇧🇷
good video

This is how they rebuild motors on mad max 🤣 may the God of chrome be with us
I’ve been watching a bunch of these videos, and honestly their clothes look so comfy.
I was thinking the same damn thing. Jeans hurt the nuts. It has to be that way b/c they stoop/squat all day. bet their lower backs give out when they are in their 40's. All that aside. They are hard-working and work with what they have. Admirable.
Another Auto Zone engine is ready.
Good work.
When torque specs are you muscle memory. After watching these guys many videos I rebuild my sr20det without over thinking it.

VERY COOL, TO SEE THE INTEREST OF YOUNG PEOPLE, SEEING EACH PART BEING EXECUTED, TO LEARN MORE AND MORE.PARABENS.
Динамометрический ключ им неизвестен! Всё на герметик! Резьбовые соединения не пройдены, не очищены! Плоскости головки и блока цилиндров не проверены! Сколько двигатель после такого ремонта пройдёт?! Не известно!!!!
The torque is done by the size of the man, 200lb man 200ft.lb, 150 lb.man 150lb ft.lb and so on. For metric torque use left arm. LOL

These guys are awesome ... They are hard working people and doing a great job .

Nada de EPIS, Verdadeiros Herois ! ! !
I knew an old guy that never used torque wrench he never had an issue with his engines .
Use brain experience..
Old engine were iron and tolerant, not so much aluminium engines
@@SW-qr8qe No, on old iron engines you can still have: over/under tightening causing ruined/leaky gaskets, stretch bolts and studs from over-tightening I've even seen a head pop off from streching the studs then driving it for a while, and over-tightening the crankshaft bearing caps can cause fast premature wear even it felt like you could spin it after tightening.
@@CanadianPenguin_ you can feck anything up, getting it the wrong bolt tension.
As a Bone Head, I prefer my bolt torques to VDI 2230

Parabéns aos mecânicos. Deus os abençoe.
Excellent video with them firing up the engine after all the amazing tear down and assembling. Great job!
