Fantastic video! I’m currently in the same position although my chassis has been damaged by the rear crossmember by a van! Looking to replace the chassis with a 1/2 chassis, only thing concerning me is getting it aligned properly. Can this be aligned properly with the cab still attached you think? Can I just take my diagonal measurements from the crossmember which sits under the tub (middle) As I don’t trust the accuracy taking measurements from the front with the cab in the way :/ The next problem would be getting the height aligned. My biggest concern is getting the rear wheels to be truly aligned! Hopefully this makes sense 😅 Any help with your methods of alignment would be greatly appreciated! Your videos are what keep my wagon on the road. Many Thanks Tjay
I glad the back end is on properly, very good rebuild in record time
Thanks James!
brings back memories / nightmares from doing it on s2a / s3 rovers

Yes you can fit it like that - the shop manual has all the dimensions, and a half chassis will be easy to fit - good metal to weld to
