Hey Monk, the lil lightning needs help. How about a table specifying what comes in each pack? The competition has their comparison table. I am interetested in these units but I find little info on their site. How about sending me one for review and I'll post a vid on YT?

I brought one a few months ago to keep in the car. One day I left the lights on. Battery died and this worked like a charm.

Antonio Right on! I'm still surprised this little pack can start a car!

I've purchased two of these. First was from a motorcycle dealership and it worked well for 2 years. During the 3rd year I noticed the casing had broken open. I called the manufacturer who explained I shouldn't leave it in a trunk because it would get hot (where do you leave it if you want it always available for your car or motorcycle?). Anyway, I went ahead and purchased another one directly from the Manufacturer (I was told they wouldn't warranty any unit purchased elsewhere).
Today, 14 months after receiving the second unit I found that the casing was broken open. I called the manufacturer and Spoke with Karen who asked what I was jumping with it. I replied I had jumped cars and motorcycles. Karen, said I was not supposed to jump cars... eventually she said cars over 4 cylinders. I was adamant that nowhere in the manual or on their website does it say that. In fact, Jumping 12 volt vehicles (up to 3.0 liters) is the very first feature listed.
Karen said she would send me another but she couldn't keep doing that If I continued to "misuse" the unit. I still don't understand how doing what is the very thing that's first on the feature list.. AND the reason for buying one of these things can be considered misuse.
Anyway, I saw no reason to waste anymore of my time with these people or their products. I'm in the market for something that won't be considered to be misuse to use as it was marketed.

Wow, that't pretty bad customer service, if you ask me. Mine began to swell up a bit but I haven't really used it since I made the video. I have an actual vehicle jumper made by duracell that works flawlessly. I still have it, though. I think it's in my office. It's nice to have in a backpack when you're out riding your motorcycle especially since motorcycles have a much smaller battery and starting load.
