    I’m only starting out at jumping rope but I think this video is going to make the whole experience far easier. I’ve watched like a million videos about how to start jumping rope and frankly none of them come anywhere near the quality of this one - it’s got everything you need to start and making things fun.

    have ALWAYS wondered how to set up my rope and with your guidance I finally can train for over 10 minutes without a mistake or have to begin anew. Thank you very much !

    This is a great video! I’m struggling with the timing though - it seems like even in just a handful of jumps, I’ve moved substantially from where I started. You were spot on with the stopping breathing thing too!

    Thanks for this! I've been wanting to add Jump rope to my hockey training but I've been stuck on the first couple jumps. This regression should help a lot.

    I have this problem where my feet don't jump "evenly'. My left foot is jumping noticeably higher than my right foot. What can I do to fix this?

    • @TheHealthyT
      @TheHealthyT  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      it could be that your one side is tighter, so a foam roller would be your best bet. Or we just created a program to build up your fitness while using jump rope. That should help as well

    Hey amazing tutorial..
    At present im able to jump for 25 jumps..I keep tripping later..can u help out?

    • @TheHealthyT
      @TheHealthyT  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      just keep practicing. It takes time and patience. If you are tripping up and getting frustrated. Take a break and come back to it. You'll notice it's the mindset that sets it straight
