  • Hi everyone! Welcome to day 71 of my 100-day journey to a better me. Today, I started my day with meditation and water from my new copper cup. For breakfast, I enjoyed masala oats, avocado egg salad, red grapes, and a refreshing black iced coffee. Lunch included brown rice, mustard greens with potatoes, and prawns, which I made for the first time, and they turned out delicious! I followed that with a cup of green tea. My afternoon snack was buckwheat bread with peanut butter and a few slices of watermelon. Dinner was light with mushrooms, tofu, and cucumber slices, ending the day with a soothing cup of chamomile tea. Thanks for joining me on this journey!
