I ordered a Corolla Cross Atmos (top spec) hybrid 10 months ago. It has now been built and I am awaiting for it to be shipped to my home in Australia. Its a good car.
Magazine holder only behind the front passenger seat so that the driver can reach over and retrieve items/magazines easily. It would be pretty difficult for the driver to reach behind his own seat to retrieve items while driving but with the magazine holder behind the passenger seat, it would be more manageable although still not advisable to do while driving.

Drove one whilst visiting San Francisco. Was basic but got the job done. Heading up,steep,hills would be a little tricky.
The previous 1.8 corolla cross was so underpowered and was almost the same price.

Thinking about upgrading to this SUV end of next year, High COE be damned. Kinda makes you think whether it's more worth it to shell out for CAT B instead of a CAT A vehicle which will be indeed the case.
The most reliable car brand in the market and the best selling model ever (Corolla). Get this before COE goes up again.

The ones you saw in Malaysia were either non-hybrid or hybrid+1.8L engine
Looks like the steering is wrapped with faux leather. It started peeling about the 5 year mark with my friend's Toyota Harrier. Such cost saving is really uncalled for in my opinion.

I didn't even know there's a 2.0 Corolla Cross hybrid in Singapore. Here in Malaysia we are stuck with 1.8 hybrid which is underpowered for some spirited drives. The 1.8 petrol version has a more powerful acceleration than the hybrid here.

Also, don't you find it weird, in a good way, that the Corolla Cross is faster in acceleration than the Camry despite less Horsepower and less powerful engine? I guess it makes sense since it is like 0.1 to 0.15 of a tonne lighter which is quite a lot.

The Malaysian TCCH not only feels lethargic due to the weaker old 1.8L engine but is also equipped with an inconvenient manual foot brake.
Note to the video editor: the added effects are annoying as hell. Trust the presenter to maintain the audience’s interest.
For 2L car the cabin seems pretty small and narrow.. quality finishing also just so so .. prefer Mazda cx5 2L way nicer for me ..
