What capacity do winded snatches develop, other than the ability to do winded snatches? Seems like a snatch session, followed by a HIIT session would work as well, with less injury risk.
Quality Rowers are very expensive. But are other cardio stuff to get used. I got in 2022 a free sunny fitness spin bike, schwinn fan bike $60, body solid manual tension (no motor) elliptical $40.

Yeah well he is part of the cross fit community…getting injured doing stupid stuff is part if it.
I don't think you will hurt yourself with light snatches. but i agree when they make it heavy I'm scared for the competitors.

How many of these excercises are you supposed to do in one session? Or do you do multiple sessions?
Depends on which one and your current goals/fitness level. If you do one at your best Effort, It should be sufficient for the day.

The goal of this is to build cardiovascular health, as well as mitochondrial conditioning. And there’s a bodybuilding aspect from strength.
