How To Eat Healthy And Cheaply
Eating healthy on a budget can be achieved through a variety of strategies, including requesting specific foods from your local shop, buying from a cooperative (co-op), and incorporating your personal beliefs and trust in a higher power for guidance and support. Here are some steps to help you navigate this:
    1. Requesting Foods at Your Local Shop
Build a Relationship: Get to know the owners and staff at your local grocery store. Being a regular customer can make them more receptive to your requests.
Suggest Healthier Options: Politely ask if they can stock specific healthy items, such as fresh produce, whole grains, and lean proteins. Explain that there is a demand for these items and that other customers might also appreciate the variety.
    2. Buying from a Co-op
Join a Co-op: Look for local food cooperatives in your area. These are member-owned businesses that often focus on providing affordable, healthy food options.
Bulk Buying: Co-ops often sell items in bulk, which can be cheaper than pre-packaged goods. Focus on staples like rice, beans, oats, and nuts.
Seasonal and Local Produce: Co-ops usually source from local farmers, which means fresher and often cheaper produce that’s in season.
    3. Trusting in God
Pray for Guidance: Seek spiritual guidance for wisdom in making healthy and economical food choices. Trust that you'll be led to good resources and opportunities.
Gratitude: Maintain an attitude of gratitude for the food you have, and trust that your needs will be met.
General Tips for Eating Healthy and Cheaply
Cook at Home: Home-cooked meals are generally healthier and cheaper than eating out. Learn to cook simple, nutritious dishes.
Grow Your Own Food: If possible, start a small garden with easy-to-grow vegetables and herbs. This can be a cost-effective way to have fresh produce.
Minimize Processed Foods: Processed foods can be more expensive and less nutritious. Focus on whole foods like fruits, vegetables, grains, and legumes.
By combining these practical steps with a mindful and grateful approach, you can achieve a healthy and economical diet.

Shalom family! All thanks to the Most High for the practical pleasures of life. It's not what goes into the lips, but what comes out of it. What comes out of mouth dictate the heart.

Your water looks so clean in the background. it used to look like that here in south africa too but is now full of rubble and sewage because there are locations next to the rivers and they do everything in the rivers. from washing, bathing to toiletries.

I really enjoy your Biblical information on healthy eating.
I would like to see a video on how to overcome hypothyroidism. Which supplements are best and where to purchase them. There are so many to choose from and many with lots of fillers.

We requested Organic, no high fructose corn syrup, etc and now the local stores carry products without the problems we used to encounter, as you've mentioned.

Thank you for sharing about the herbs helping to get rid of the plastics in our bodies. I've been hearing so much about the dangers of plastic in our food and water, but nothing to help get rid of the plastics once ingested.
