I have a 2000 W 202 C30 Kompressor and it has no spark or fuel and two scanners wouldn't communicate with the ecm .This car sat for years with no battery in it so maybe it lost all its memory settings, can you fix something like that?
First confirm all you power , ground and communication lines coming to the ecu are good. If they are then your ECU is bad we can read original keys,vin and program to the donor that you provide ( part numbers must match ) www.Karmanauto.com

Using Blue Driver scanner on 2002 E430 Sport. Pulled code P0600. Recommended possible repairs: Replace ECM/PCM &, or repair ECM/PCM connector. Car starts runs and shifts fine. Only symptom is my check engine light. I’m going to get a proper scan from my mechanic. If it is the ECM can you do the repair/cloning?

Have the same car same year same problem... It was the ecu... I replaced with a cloned one. But my original, ecu can be repaired. The chip that controls the fan and so other things cost 5$ on ebay and could be replaced by a person who works with this things quickly

Pull the damn original Eeprom chip, fit it in the donor ECU & give all the grief a miss. The important data is stored in the eeprom chip - every "reprogramming" takes the data from the original e-chip & writes it to the donor e-chip. Skip the read-write crap & yank out the chip, bang it into the donor & get on with life. All the "workaday data" is on the rest of the board - the immo crap is on the eprom - so swap the eprom. Half these pull the damn eprom in order to read/write it ffs.... You just pulled the eproms ffs.... swap them over - you're gonna be soldering them back in regardless. The original eprom is already matched to the vehicle.... Solder that one in instead of the donor one you just pulled... skip the guff.. Dash goes bad - you go get a used dash.,.doesn't work..... swap the damn eproms... You don't even need software, let alone a computer - you need a heat gun & a soldering iron. Same goes for most stuff - the entire read/write step is beyond redundant - chuck the old chip into the new module. You pulled them..then went to the entirely pointless rounds of swapping data from one chip to another chip...Eh????? Just swap the chips. Job done.
It's like the scenario of having a bucket full of water that springs a leak.... you want the water, which bucket it's in doesn't much matter to you.. Dump the original water into a new bucket. Job done. The eprom & its data is the water - the ecu is just a bucket. Or you could - as loads do - spend ages syphoning the water into another "middle-way" container using complex crap(PC/Software) , then syphon it out of that container, again using complex crap, into the new bucket.. Takes ages, needs loads of fancy gear, is pretty pointless... Just tip the damn water into the new bucket. In this case "water" is the eprom data on the original eprom chip.. swap chips. Skip the aggro. The ECU doesn't care how it gets its data - you just banging in the old eprom chip won't cause it to go "Ohh! But you cheated!" - it will just blindly read whatever data is on the old chip & go "Ok..seems fine... lets go.." Nor will the old eprom sulk because you moved it - it doesn't care - it's a chip. It cares whether you soldered it in good or not - beyond that, it's pretty easy going about where it lives. Chuck the water straight into the new bucket - it's less grief.
The Dealer told me my car, 2004 ML350, can not be fixed. The AAM went out and is now obsolete. Does anyone know a work a round because these computer are specific to each car and you can not substitute used parts. Great body , tires, interior, I need help!?
So I cleaned my ECU and TCM with electronic cleaner. Now my air conditioning doesn’t cut on and my back windows don’t work. Do I need to take out both computers? Maybe let them dry and reinstall them again? Can anyone help me?.. I have a 2001 s430
