Awesome video man, I also own an R6 just sent my ecu out to Moore mafia should be back next week, I am curious to know if the flash increased the top speed?
At 9:30 when u drop it into 2nd, then u can see what it does with 2nd gear ⚙️ power through the turns and twisties. This is the 1st time I watched it, but get used to that power down low and with turns. Get a GPR front stabilizer, the R6’s are sooo light all ard, esp the front and ride safe. Bike is mean, I hv the same exact bike, diff tuners but the difference is insane where u need to keep up with leader bikes. I lead with my R6 & all my friends r on 1000’s / 750’s so we got the best outta everything out there. Don’t need more power than this. Aloha brah and always ride safe. 🙏🏽👊🏽🤙🏽
@@itsmeericb thanks Brotha let me know what you find out. Have u set you suspension yet? That will even make your ride better. That’s always one of the first things I do. It’s easy to do on the newer bikes.
@@mpatla8462 No that’s is mechanically with your engine when you first get a bike new. ECU is a computer with circuits and chips. No need to break in lol.
Does the flapper valve double as a way for the exhaust to have two volumes ? And did you remove that plastic funnel from the air filter or kept it in front the new filter?
Not real sure on the specifics but it probably has something to do with emissions and all of the other restrictions from the factory. The sprint filter does not come with the cone.
@@itsmeericb reason I ask is that that cone may well serve as a way of optimizing the intake path for low rpm, a smaller funneled opening like that serves as a sort of ram air, the air velocity is increased to increase density even when you aren’t moving fast enough to be gulping in enough air. So that alone probably lost some of your low end if you left it out. There’s no reason you can’t use it with the new filter, it fits and all still obviously, and your new one flows much more air already so top end gains will be there, but helping the air by speeding it up at low speed is what I have to believe that’s for. Sort of like an expansion chamber or a plenum on Ferrari’s or Bmw M cars with ITB’s. People always think they’re restrictive but it helps tune the intake. If you’re bored one day I’d love to know if replacing the funnel restores the low end or if I get the honor of a video dedicated to calling me an idiot that wasted your time. In short, unless they explicitly said not to use that with the new filter, I’d put it back, and even then, I’d ask them if removing it is strictly beneficial to high rpm or not, because like I said that filter is going to make the top end come alive with or without a funnel, it’s just a question of the low end.
@@Fee.1 The sprint filter does not require the cone or come with one. You can’t take it off of the OEM filter without cutting it off. BMC comes with a cone I believe but you have the option leave it on or take it off. When it’s off it’s more of a race version.
does changing the ecu flash really helps the lower rpm torque problem of the r6? if yes, i might get the r6 rather than the zx6r. i still prefer the looks of the r6 over the zx6r
Yea just confirmed it’s working on desktop but only 720p. The mobile app processing must of screwed up on yt servers. Watched it though all that matters
It’s always better to get dyno tuned because it’s specific to your bike. A flash alone is just a tune that was done on the same bike you have on a dyno and they use it for every flash. (From what I understand) I don’t mess with power commanders but they can help with fuel management and dyno.
@@itsmeericb one more question haha.. did you have them disable the AIS? I actually ordered block off plates but I heard they can disable the AIS through the flash so that block off plates are not necessary
What microphone are you running from your GoPro. It sounds clean! Every mic I’ve used when riding, starts to pop after 35mph. Would love to start motovlogging but can’t seem to figure out the audio situation. Do you mind dropping the link or name of your setup ?! @itsmeericb
This video ain’t loading for me. I can see the comments and I can watch any other video on TH-cam but the loading screen just keeps going when I click this video
If you didn't add headers it still has cats. The cats are built into the end of the headers. Moore mafia just had a video of drilling out the cats on the factory headers
@@hanyolo4151 I would think the same or a tiny bit quieter. Not by much though. You would be hurting the amount of exhaust flow. The honeycomb inside of the header is restricting that flow.
I changed the full system, filter and the exhaust of my r6, I only need the ecu flash, which I know how to order it with some specifications and what mark if you can help me. Thanks
You wanna get a Dyno Jet commander, or like he did on top of that, take ur ECU drive that’s under the seat, then send it to your preferred tuner u want. Preferably @mooremafia as dem Texan’s know how to get the most gains outta any additions to it except the O2 & fuel mixture. Once u got those in, completely new bike bro. 🤙🏽
Best decision I made for the R6! It's like having a new bike!

@@R6marcus Thanks! Yeah not sure as I have not topped out my bike when it was stock or after it was flashed. I does have more kick!
Sending mine off!!!!
The Flash definitely unlocks these bikes
Just got my ecu flash from Bauce. Omg my r6 is alive now.
Yup! Totally new bike! 💪
The bike sounds amazing! My R1 was flashed but unlike yours, the throttle is still super twitchy. Very sensitive.
Maann I can feel that second gear pull thru my screen. Such a massive difference! And that akra exhaust just look stunning! Good Job!
Thanks brotha! I’m loving it!

Got it near perfect man. More riding vids!
Top speed on the road bro
Beautiful bike and Great video man keep it up

I love how the only thing you grabbed out the mailbox was the ecu 😆... forget that other stuff!
Hahaha!!! Priorities! Nah I always let my 4 year old grab the mail. 😂
Very nice, glad you got it all done. When you come back to Austin, hit me up and we will run the 600’s

Damn, I was thinking bout getting my cbr600 flashed but realized I didn’t really need it but now I need to reconsider lol
Yeah man it will feel like a whole new bike!
I feel like you wanna race my 2019 cbr1000rr Sp. But for real your r6 sounds great!
Haha you’d demolish me! 😄
If only I could get that recording soundtrack from the tail while riding the bik
All you're missing now is ceramic bearing. Once they are broke in it will handle like a new bike.
Haha! Eventually!
Which Bearing ?
Sounds good, looks good, is good.
Flash makes all the difference
It really does!
Does it have more torque now? how is it now compared to the zx6r?
Possibly a little but I have no way to tell without putting it on a dyno. ZX6R has more grunt down low compared to the R6 due to the extra 36cc’s.
For some reason I can’t get your video to play. Even on the newest 12.9 iPad still won’t play.
