My Nervous Breakdown - The Story

  • I went to hell my brothers, but I came back stronger than before.
Panick attacks, depersonalization, palpitation, tremors, dizziness, mood swings, weird dodily sensations and so much more due to excesses in my life.
It was the hardest experience of my life but I understand that it was necessary. It opned new perspectives and it ripped off some masks from my personality. If you are going through this remember: it's youst a matter of time and you'll get better. Your NS just needs time to balance out.
    Peace :)

I understand this. It’s the scariest thing you could ever experience
I had burnout but also I had suppressed experiences I had blocked in childhood.
I was running on adrenaline and I burnt out my adrenals.
It took me 3 years to feel normal
I so appreciate you sharing and I know you will continue to improve- much love and blessings ❤

What helped you get through these blocked experiences in childhood?
      Peace

Wow, your explaining exactly what I’m going through right now… kind of crawling out of it , but it is a slow, embarrassing, pitiful process… it’s been about 2 months now… I get panic attacks before I even wake up… I work graveyard at a casino & sleep is becoming the most important thing to get my balance back…. Thank you for your story

Thank you for sharing your story, brother. The blessing of going through the panic is you grow past the need to continue being ruled by it. Then, after you've mastered yourself you show others the light of hope. Your story shows that there is hope and on the other side of fear is freedom.

I remember when I was deep in the dark rabbit hole of the nervous breakdown...It was hell. I thought I broke myself forever.
Time + the right mindset are your best ally :)
      Peace

Sounds like you were totally burnt out too. I had a nervous breakdown June 21. Was awful couldn't leave my flat. I can only sleep with sleeping 😴 pills now. Thank you for telling your story. Panic attacks are horrific. Big hugs to you and your gf.❤

I hope you are really doing better now :)
It takes time. I also used sleeping pills for a while. I understood that in these cases it is better to take a pill than go for many days without sleeping.
All the best to you ♥

This video popped up in my feed. I am 61 yr old female but can relate to this and have done a lot of self-help research. I suggest Dr. Joe Dispenza. Read his books and check out his meditations and work. Might be just what you need. Good luck on your journey to peace and joy. Much love to you!! ❤

Vitamin D3 has good effects if not the best to help you sleep. take 20.000 IU daily with magnesium or k2
