Thanks for the insight! Ive been going throgh what I can only describe as a spiritual breakthrough lately and I have been redisconving and exploring those layers of myself I had buried so long. I've lost a lot of friends on my journey but it only tells me I am shedding old skin and opening the opportunity for me to find people I truly resonate with. I made a big leap a week or two ago and decided to quit my job and begin living a life I can call my own. It can be a little scary but I have finally found faith in the universe and I'm very excited to see what I'm capable of.

Its hard to practise SR in a relationship. I try to have balance with my girl to release once a month. More then that drains me. It is easier when you are single practise this art.

okay, attractive 20 year old boy. Not to sound condescending, but I'm 40 and you have no idea what you're talking about, though you remind me of me at your age. I'm sure that's something you roll your eyes at. Here's some unsolicited advice: As you age you start to realize what the fates are, how you're only a grain of sand in a desert and how little impact your tiny ego has on life as a whole. This revelation of smallness and of helplessness isn't a negative thing, its a holy one and a necessary one and a wildly crushing, humiliating and ultimately freeing reality. Real self-awareness is in recognizing that you aren't the dreamer, but just a character in someone elses dream. Control is an illusion. In fact, the word control is has a lesson built into its origin; contra + rotulis or "counter to the rotation" Like trying to stop a car tire going 100kms with your bare hands. Get it? Control is futile. You need a little more time in the incubator, friend before you should be rightly giving life advice.

My advice (at least for young men raised in Christianity as a kid) is to go back to church, throw yourself into the tradition, nail your sins to the cross, find ways of serving the poor and the downtrodden, and help build Christian community.
