    Today after a long time we are posting a leg workout from our tamil fitness channel. And for this leg workout session we have Santhosh Prem with us. Santhosh is a tamil fitness vlogger and he had reached out to us to have a collaborative gym workout. Co-incidentally today is my leg day at the gym and so we decided to go ahead with the leg workout at my gym.
    We are starting the leg warmup initially with warm up. Also, we have addressed various warm ups for legs to effectively train our legs. We started off with a front and back squat for legs. We have also spoken about the different types of fatigue you might face after leg training.

    Ankle Measurement for muscle stretching
    Warm up sets for squats- front and back squats
    Rest between exercises
    Types of Fatigue during workout
    Leg Press
    Leg extensions
    We have trained the hamstrings and also the quads in the leg workout. Leg press workout was also one among them.

    Bro i made a custom diet for me with the knowledge I gained from your video
    But right now I'm weight 84.7kg 181cm height
    Now My body structure is looking good and neat
    Right now I'm consuming around 2200cal
    Now I would like to do bulking for 3 month
    Suggest a calories level to attain max muscle less fat
    Now I'm taking 155g of protein
    200gm carbs 40g fat approx
    Give some idea about how much I need to increase my calories intake please bro
