"world strongest swordsman" means the "strongest" swordsman (quoted strongest because that means the actual strongest no turning around it like "in a haki fight shanks wins") and yes Shanks is confirmed to be a swordsman by oda. Also on mihawks vivre card it's been stated he is the strongest swordsman in both name and actuality (so in title but also in reality) There is no strong swordsman without good haki as all the strong swordsman use haki as their normal way of fighting. You saying mihawk has no advanced haki is all headcanon and also how did mihawk teach zoro how to use conquers haki if he himself has no conquers haki? They both fought each other and noone even made a scratch in their fight while it's been confirmed to be a legendary fight by whitebeard so how can you say shanks win against mihawk in an all out fight?
