Just want to add one more thing: go for a weight with which you can get fatigued at 10-12 reps. Don't go overload just to show up or to build fast. Building muscle is a long-term process.
Please Sir make video on neck/head position during heavy workouts. i always get stiff neck when ever i do machine butterfly or skull crushers with a barbell or sometimes when i do some heavy push ups sets.
