For sure but in Star Wars, the clone wars movie Obi-Wan Kenobi, surrendered first Anakin Skywalker probably learned it from him. But clearly Star Wars galaxy doesn’t have a the Geneva convention, even though they did have a laws similar that were never enforced. Dudeee...Hardcase has been around for more than "1 arc". He's literally from the OG Torrent Company. He accompanied Rex and Jessie when they went to Cut's farmstead.
