It took me forever to realize that the Nightmares, the Mission that Fives and Tup were referencing was Order 66, the extermination of their commanders, leaders, and their friends. That hurts me on an even larger level because that tells you that on a subconscious level, they kind of knew what they were going to do. Furthermore, the very fact that they're nightmares to them tells us that they truly didn't want to. This makes me grateful that certain clones didn't live to see that day, and that some managed to take out their chips.

Other clones may have blamed their Jedis for the death of their brothers, even if they knew, they couldn't have saved them. Especially after the Umbara incident with Krell. Also they are human and humans tend to tell themselves, they had to do it, there was no other way, I don't regret it, ...

In the Legends lore(and possibly current cannon, I’m not sure), order 66 was one of 150 contingency orders that the clones had memorized. So the entire army knew that they might one day have to kill their Jedi generals, but weren’t controlled by the inhibitor chip. They had been indoctrinated since creation to serve the *republic* first and foremost. Jango made sure to give multiple speeches and lessons to his personal Alpha Arc batch that the republic was the best chance for the galaxy, and that it at all costs must be upheld. Another contingency allowed the replacement or even termination of the chancellor, should he step beyond his bounds.

The best part about that is that while the inhibitor chips preserved the carefully and masterfully created humanity displayed in the animated series, the original brainwashed indoctrinated troopers are the most realistic. That being said it could still have worked equally well if this was true as (like Mason in black ops) the most humanised troopers with the strongest bonds would have had to fight the ‘activation code’ order 66. They would still have had to fight themselves but it would have been more of a choice built through experience, like I said both work but this seems to be the more realistic and could have carried a greater message. But that’s just my opinion

This makes me cry every time I watch it... I grew up with Star Wars and Star Wars The Clone Wars... Every Friday night my mom set it to where I had the TV all to myself so I never missed an episode of the Clone Wars and fell deeply in love with every clone that was in the series.... The clones love for their best friends (The Jedi) and their brothers and how one second they were fighting with them then the next shooting them down.... Especially when you set it up with the Episode on Umbara after showing Order 66 where Rex says "We are shooting at our own men" knowing that it is mentioning the clones shooting at their jedi generals.... Just kills me.... Thank you for this HFP another great one.... And a very sad one...

Perhaps, but no-one said a word. Not on the flight to Corusant, not when Order 66 came down, and not when we marched into the Jedi Temple... Not a word..."

He could feel his heart, his soul; turn to darkness.
“For everything I’ve done, can I be considered good?” He kneels down to her.
She reaches out to him and wraps her arms around him , “You cannot be all good, especially in a world like this. But that doesn’t make you evil.”
“I killed dozens! My hands have the blood of 100 men. Fathers and sons who were never able to go to their families!” He wanted to cry he to let it out. He knew what he did, all the lives he took.
“Maybe... But you can change, I believe you can.”
He felt the weight of those deaths on his back, like feathers, steel feathers maybe a hundred or more. Stretching out and constantly weighing him down.

I’ve also watched the movie of the clone wars tv show as well. I almost screamed and passed out when I found out the clone wars was coming back, I was in the store with my mom so I had to keep my voice down.😅 the sadness, the nostalgia, the memories, everything was on point. I’ve watched both rebels and the clone wars. May force be with you, always.😏

I love that game and how it connects with the Clone War era, and the way you tied it to Order 66 and Jango's line about "they'll do their job well," was great. And then even hinted at Rex fighting on Endor--really taking the saga of the clones from the very beginning to the end. Bravo!

Loved this. A very professionally made tribute which really showed the hardships that the clones went through and how they were literally being used as cannon fodder. However, they weren't just disposable soldiers.. And this video really helps to show that! They had emotions, and they didn't just develop to simply follow orders - they had heart and ironically enough, came the closest to unraveling the grand plot.
I really appreciate the amount of work that went into this video, it must have taken a long time to make!
