I couldn't get the jetronic injection to function properly on my car, so I simply removed my throttle body and replaced It with a homemade intake manifold running to an SU carburetor
Thanks! Yeah, that would be a dream for all aluminium parts. But those are expensive. maybe on a onother project in the future. That and a powder coating setup.

A very great Job Love it ❤️
Thank you!
Looks good! I suspect that many people don't realize how much of the work on an old car is cleaning...

I'm tempted to put Weber on mine as I love the look of them but I really want to make my K-jet system work first.
As usual, it's a very clean job!
Thank you!
Good progress again!
Thank you, my friend!
nice work! Have you thought about vapor blasting for refinishing aluminum components? Makes for a beautiful finish

@@RestorationApprentice agree, perhaps you could do a confab with Sreten from M539 Restorations and use his?
@@jeffhammond8969 That would be great but Sreten is about 1300km away from me in Frankfurt, Germany.
That throttle body seems to have a ridiculous amount of small parts… but maybe pretty standard for one with dual butterfly valves.
I guess so, I've never worked on any other throttle body before though.
