Great intro to Liverpool beaches. It's a shame you didn't go a little further out to Formby. That has one of the best dunescapes in the country as well as the beach itself.; the whole thing being backed by extensive pine forests and heathland, which are protected habitats for various amphibians and red squirrels.
Unfortunately on most beaches after busy days or reasonable days they bins are overflowing as they don’t empty them many times a day like in other countries or provide enough bins and people leave slot of rubbish
I live in New Brighton Wirral and have lived in the Wirral all my life, The views and beaches we have here are incredible. I have been to Crosby beach many times too and see the statues. The Fort in New Brighton is now open with a cafe. The Queens Royal has been closed for a little while now, I did use to work there. The Arcades use to have Go Karts and was a massive attraction for the area, I use to work there too. Thank you for viewing our little peninsula, I love living here.
I remember the arcades (art deco building) before it had Go Karts in there. A lot more of the floor space was used. It had dodgems, electric Go Karts, a ghost train, Bobby horses aka carousel, one of those rides with space ships/planes on them with joystick inside, if you pulled it the plane went up and down when you pushed it forward. That lovely building may be getting knocked down soon according to one of the chippy owners from one of the back streets away from the 'front'. Something to do with drainage needing to be brought up to standard but the owner can't afford it.
65 years ago I was 13, our school regularly took us out to Hilbre Island to bird watch, if we were lucky we saw some Grey Seals, and many lovely sea birds, We had warm cloths, a packed lunch and a drink, Great memories. I live in the West Midlands now but would love to see it again before I pop my clogs..
Thank you for an interesting and complimentay video of an often-mocked subject. Back in the 1950s and 1960s, being from Liverpool, every summer my parents would take us to one of these beeches for a day out. Formby and Ainsdale (beyond Crosby) were my favourites as they had the dunes and woods to run riot in. I think it was at Ainsdale that they also had parked a DUKW, so any young lad could re-enact D-Day; this was before the holiday camp was built. Going to the Wirral, however, was a real treat, but when at New Brighton, we were told not to paddle or bathe on the beach with the River Mersey because of pollution, but round the corner where the beach fronted the Irish Sea was safe. New Brighton then provided a great day out for the family as in addition to the small fairground you mentioned, it also had a large funfair complete with cable chairlift to the top of the New Brighton Tower Ballroom; all now gone. The town suffered a decline in the 1970s with the fairground being closed, the pier being demolished and the ferry from Liverpool being cancelled, but now seems to be prospering with the replacement Floral Pavilion theatre and the area around the Travel Lodge. West Kirby, however, seems not to have changed in fifty years. The marine lake around which you can walk (approximately 40 minutes to do a full circular route) has changed very little, though I recall that there was a small section reserved for young children to paddle in then, but now it seems to be exclusive to sailing club members. Walking round this lake at high tide on a windy day provides an eerie experience with water lapping at your feet from both directions
You forgot to mention New Brighton outdoor pool. the largest in Europe. Harrison Drive outdoor pool, around the corner from New Brighton. And Hoylake outdoor pool, just before you get to West Kirby. All now gone.
Makes me depressed that I live in Birmingham when I look at other places only water we have are canals with lots of graffiti along them and shopping trolleys in them. Liverpool area looks really amazing

Some of my fondest memories growing up were going to West Kirby when I was about 10 years old. We would walk out to the island's and bring carrier bags of cockles back. We would wash the cockles in the bath to get all the sand off them then mum would boil them up in pans. When they were cooked mum used to pickle them in vinegar and sell them at our local Royal British Legion on a Saturday night when they had entertainment on in the big room. Hi. Just catching up on some of your videos and really enjoyed this one as we were in this area in October 2022, staying just outside West Kirby. We actually love the Liverpool area and the Wirral and have been a few times in the past. On our recent visit we traveled on Mersey Rail; to Chester, Liverpool and Southport. On the way to Southport we got off the train and walked to Crosby Beach to see the statues. We also drove to New Brighton and walked the promenade we found it to be an interesting place and great location for the view of the ships coming into the Mersey. The fort was open on our visit, we had a coffee in the cafe there.
Tim such a interesting place and such a huge beach with those statues. I haven’t seen anything like that before. Just amazing and so interesting. Beautiful area and a pretty day for your walk. Thanks Tim and keep on walking. You are doing a fabulous job.👏🏻☀️
Hi Tim. I’ve visited all three of those beaches but I only live about 40 minutes away from West Kirby. Thanks for showcasing what Merseyside has to offer. Take care. Nick
Hi Tim , great vid , thanks for sharing !! I've been in Liverpool a couple of years ago , I've got because of the Beatles and all that staff , but I was surprised how beautiful is this city , now I discovered beautiful Beach too , again thanks for the vid !! Cheers!! 👍😊
used to love going to New Brighton as a kid and the outdoor swimming pool. think that blue building was where the indoor fairground was. shame to see the Queens shut did a few parties there.
Glad to see you back in the North West. Done those beaches and walked along the coast of the the Wirral in parts. Not yet been out to Hilbre but want to do so to see seals. Fingers crossed I'll get there soon. Great video I hope you enjoyed some Merseyside hospitality 👍👍
Fantastic video tim myself and my partner love liverpool and heard of the beaches but never had a look in detail until ur excellent and stunning video beautiful natural landscapes so undisturbed a rarity these days thank you
I have always wanted to go and see those Gormley statues on that beach - so haunting. Antony Gormley used his own body as a model for the torso of the Angel of the North - probably his most famous work. As a nipper my auntie used to take me on a day out from Manchester to Liverpool then ferry across to New Brighton - great memories
Yet again another fantastic video Tim, great insight into places I’ve never heard of. Also your lovely coverage of places give us an idea of how a wheelchair user may enjoy these places , thoroughly entertaining thanks 👍👌Andy🤓
The Liverpool area has lots of beach. The Sefton coast north of the city stretches from Crosby where this video started and runs north through Formby all the way to Southport. It's more than just beach as well. You've got sand dunes and pine forest with great walks (and lots of red squirrels).
Tim cannot watch live but been there it’s fab. Liverpool is amazing great night life amazing places to visit. I hope you got to visit the Baltic Triangle amazing lots of bars and stuff to do 😎
Literally just found your channel and loving it so far. I’m from New Brighton and absolutely loved this video. It just shows how gorgeous our beaches are, and how well looked after they are. Love West Kirby beach , and Hoylake beach. It’s only a bus ride away from New Brighton to both beaches as they are practically next to each other. I do remember when my kids were small a good few years ago. We jumped the bus with 4 kids baby in a pram and dog. Never thought to look at board about the in coming tide times, ( that are clearly seen ) just didn’t think and We just headed off. It was a nightmare dragging the pram due to the wheels getting stuck in the sand. Well it felt like for ever getting there, and decided to turn round and walk back. From a distance towards the front of the beach I could see ppl waving and looked like they were heading towards us. It was two of the cost guards waving us to come back. He caught up with us , and walked us back. the water was just wetting our feet , but we walked on quick, and I kid you not, I could hear the water from the distance, almost a whooshing sound. Really scared at that point. We could of been in big trouble if we hadn’t turned back one of the guards said , the tide really comes in fast and ppl have been cut off . So never ever tried it again as you can imagine lol . This was a beautiful video and you showed those beaches and all the wonderful things going on around 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Just watched your video Tim was out this afternoon nice beach if looks funny with statues on it hope you all have a nice holiday when you go to tenarife
At Crosby you never mentioned the ",blitz" beach, thats as fascinating as the statute portion. I find this area very peaceful despite all the destruction it represents.
Excellent video Tim we went to West Kirby for the first time yesterday and was pleasantly surprised, some lovely areas on that side of the peninsula, I can see why some people say it’s not technically Liverpool more South Merseyside
Been following your video’s for a long time and have loved almost all of them. The only ones I haven’t enjoyed are the ones i am jealous of not having the chance to visit just yet lol. Well done on hitting the 100k subscribers, I am sure you will do 10x that with such great content. A big hello from me in Huddersfield. I have subscribed to help support your channel. That was super fascinating, thanks Tim, big thumbs up from me! There are one or two UK cities that you wouldn't associate with the Seaside. Liverpool for sure and also Sunderland!! This was a really great insight and very nice those beaches were too.
I live up the coast in Formby, still Liverpool, the beaches and dunes are unreal, I can ride my beach fatbike for hours out of season without seeing a single person.
Thanks for a great vlog Tim and for showing there are nice parts to Liverpool 😁 Next time try around the Formby and Ainsdale area , Ainsdale also has a Pontins 🙈
New Brighton born and bred. You should have said you can walk on the beach right across the Wirral north coast from New Brighton, all the way to West Kirby.
Hi Tim, I watched your vid on Blackpool earlier & you were saying how tall the tower is. Well New Brighton once had a tower taller than Blackpool. It opened in 1900 but fell into disrepair during the first World War & was sadly dismantled. The tower ballroom still thrived & in the early 60s held concerts with the beatles before they became very famous. Little Richard headlined one night with the fab four there. Sadly the tower ballroom burnt down in 1969. Its called New Brighton because in the 1830s a developer wanted to create a popular seaside resort on the wirral hence the name 'New' Brighton. It was very successful & thousands of day trippers & holidaymakers visited & continued until the late 60s & 1970s when it fell into disrepair. Its lovely now again thanks to a lot of investment. By the way I live in west kirby & have often walked out to hilbre Island. Its famous for its grey seals & sea birds & waders. Thanks for the great video!
I've watched this video of my home, Wirral, again. When you have time I'd love to see you walk to the Islands in West Kirby. Thank you again 💓 keep up the excellent work.
Hi Tim, me again been binge watching your content over the last two nights, seems crazy to say now but I am from Liverpool and I'm quite an old git (41) when we were 16 we used to get the train to West Kirby, walk out to Hilbre Islands (the bigger two) take a load of beer and JD and camp there overnight as the tide came in, brilliant times. Hope you are well.
The 100 statues cost £2million thats £20,000 a pop. not bad for some scrap iron. The ones in London are not the ones on crosby beach, He made some more and who can blame him at that price
This has just came up on my you tube…. Didn’t know you did this… crazy golf is great at New Brighton . My daughter lives at Hoylake right by the beach… it’s lovely… such a great video. There is an amazing chip shop at West Kirby
West Kirby and New Brighton aren’t actually Liverpool, and are on the Wirral , over the other side of the Mersey, but we’re all classed as Merseyside. Liverpool is a fantastic city
Tim that art deco building in New Brighton you liked by the funfair is due to be demolished this year? The Seaside Cafe on the corner of the road does good food and it is reasonably priced too, I'm sure it was painted a gaudy shade of pink in the late 70's/early 80's. New Brighton has seen so much investment since I first visited in the late 70's as a toddler. Victoria Road was mainly boarded up and the pier was in the process of being demolished and the beach was really polluted and full of rubbish. Apart from the demolition of the art deco funfair building and the Lido I think it looks a million times better than it did.
When the tide goes out there some fantastic rock pools on the Mersey with lots of fish and crabs and even little octopus.....you must do a vid on Formby dunes and pinewoods mate....beautiful place
A group of us have walked out to the largest island at West kirby on 3 separate occasions. It has always been a great day out especially in Winter for the migrating fowl that visit these shores
A walk from West Kirby (watch the tides - some do get caught out), head for the left 'peak' (Little Eye), reaching it turn towards 'Middle Eye' and carry on until you reach 'Hilbre Island' which has a few buildings on it and an old abandoned Lifeboat station (heading for derelict now), at the far end.. Easy pace an hour each way.
Great vid Tim , you make the place look real fancy 😂 I live here so know different but yes the coast is lovely ,my house is right on the waterfront just along the shore from New Brighton and we kinda have our own private beach and lake (it's not private just nobody knows about it) when the tide is out the whole Wirral peninsula is a beach from birkenhead to neston on the opposite side. I occasionally ride my dirt bikes all the way round on the sand when the sun is going down and it's amazing (illegal too) but hay I'm nearly fifty, not going hell for leather and the bikes road legal and when the tide is out I can be a mile away from anybody walking dogs . I did a video walking the wirral coastline fully loaded on the hottest day of the year a few years back , I'm not doing that again 😂 unlike mine this was a great vid though mate 👌
They took loads of the statues away to clean and restore them quite recently so some are missing and a lot of have been dug up and raised above the sand again and one has been used on the Mersey somewhere along Runcorn and Warrington as a flood marker.
The art deco building is to be no more in a few years. The owner has sold it as he reckons the upkeep of the building costs too much to keep up with. It is to be replaced by flats/new arcade etc
Really interesting video. Especially liked the look of New Brighton, those mermaids were fantastic. I'm planning a trip to Liverpool some time so going to add the beaches to my list of things to visit. Thank you 👍
Heading down to Norfolk in May and going to visit a lot of the places you have shown. Do you have a best recommendation for 1. Fish and chips, and 2. A nice tearoom?
Lived in New Brighton all my life, and I'm so grateful for it's recent changes. It's completely unrecognisable to what it was 10 years ago, and it's so much better than it used to be. It's been an absolute privilege to grow up in, thanks for showing it and the area off! :)
So true it really needed it after they shut the out door bath years ago They just let it run down but I love going there with the kids now the fair beach go crabbing and there different restaurants and thing to do
Hi from West Kirby! I’ve walked many times to Hilbre island and paddle boarded there as well, even today took a powerboat there! Hope you sampled the fish and chips in west kirby as well!
I'm only 30 mins away from these beaches, yet never been to any. My dad would refuse to take us as kids due to the water being the Mersey rather than the Irish sea. He took us to nearby Ainsdale to run riot through the sand dunes. I *must* go to visit these beaches, thanks for filming them.

Tim such a interesting place and such a huge beach with those statues. I haven’t seen anything like that before. Just amazing and so interesting. Beautiful area and a pretty day for your walk. Thanks Tim and keep on walking. You are doing a fabulous job.👏🏻☀️
Thanks so much
Wow that was fantastic thank you I’ve never even heard of new Brighton. PS It looks such a lovely day you should’ve had your speedos on LOL
LOL
I've been not been able to come home to England for over 3 years. Thanks for these videos Tim! They really help
you are welcome
Hi Tim. I’ve visited all three of those beaches but I only live about 40 minutes away from West Kirby. Thanks for showcasing what Merseyside has to offer. Take care. Nick
It's a great place
Hi Tim , great vid , thanks for sharing !! I've been in Liverpool a couple of years ago , I've got because of the Beatles and all that staff , but I was surprised how beautiful is this city , now I discovered beautiful Beach too , again thanks for the vid !! Cheers!! 👍😊
I think so I was so surprised
It was great watching this video, I live in Colorado now but I have great memories of growing up on the Wirral and walking out to the islands.
used to love going to New Brighton as a kid and the outdoor swimming pool. think that blue building was where the indoor fairground was. shame to see the Queens shut did a few parties there.
I hope you enjoyed your visit Tim, thanks for the tours of the beaches. Did you say you have another Liverpool video coming, of the city?
Yes a lot later tho
Albert Dock would be good.
I did! lol
What an amazing place the UK is, never realized all this existed, thanks Tim
You are welcome Julie
The building you where not sure about at New Brighton is a sewage pump station. Looks good for what's inside 😀 In fact it's a sewage injector pump.
Fantastic video tim myself and my partner love liverpool and heard of the beaches but never had a look in detail until ur excellent and stunning video beautiful natural landscapes so undisturbed a rarity these days thank you
Thanks 👍
Great video Tim. I have only visited the city of Liverpool never done the beaches . It looks a great area. Thanks again. Debbie & Patrick
Thanks Debbie
Said it before just found your channel just can't stop watching the videos Love you do loads in Britain keep up the good work mate
Thanks means alot
Enjoyable walk Tim, thank you.
Glad you enjoyed it
I have always wanted to go and see those Gormley statues on that beach - so haunting. Antony Gormley used his own body as a model for the torso of the Angel of the North - probably his most famous work. As a nipper my auntie used to take me on a day out from Manchester to Liverpool then ferry across to New Brighton - great memories
Very cool
The New Brighton Ferry stopped in the late 60s/early70s and then the Promenade was removed.
You can still get the ferry to Wallasey and walk along the waterfront (20 mins) to New Brighton.
Really interesting Tim. It's an area I've never been to and entirely different to how I expected. Keep walking!
Thanks Wendy
Yet again another fantastic video Tim, great insight into places I’ve never heard of. Also your lovely coverage of places give us an idea of how a wheelchair user may enjoy these places , thoroughly entertaining thanks 👍👌Andy🤓
Thanks Andrew
Hi Tim. I knew Liverpool has a small beach but I didn't realize they had the other two beaches. Really interesting to see them and the statues.
Yes I think so
The Liverpool area has lots of beach. The Sefton coast north of the city stretches from Crosby where this video started and runs north through Formby all the way to Southport. It's more than just beach as well. You've got sand dunes and pine forest with great walks (and lots of red squirrels).
New Brighton and West Kirby are over the other side of the Mersey on the Wirral, but it’s all classed Merseyside
But not Liverpool, Crosby is in Sefton and New Brighton and West Kirby are Wirral
@@janpeddie7070 Crosby is classed as part of Liverpool think the post code is L23
Tim cannot watch live but been there it’s fab. Liverpool is amazing great night life amazing places to visit. I hope you got to visit the Baltic Triangle amazing lots of bars and stuff to do 😎
Thanks Tracey
Thanks Denise! hope you watch and subscribe and check out my other videos too!
@@WalkWithMeTim 👍🙌🙌🙌 I am, and loving them 😁
@@denisereynolds2399 this is a good representation of the beaches on the Wirral, it shows them to an excellent degree, but Liverpool has no beaches
@@TheWirralChannel yes definitely agree. 👍. New Brighton, West Kirby, Hoylake are all on the Wirral .
@@TheWirralChannel we have the oglet , it’s only small but it’s still a beach . I’ve been subscribed to your channel for a while and I know you have a little niggly chip on your shoulder about scousers . Probably because you say mow ter way very camply over the water
Been to all the islands as a child, people just don't realise how much there is to see and do in the area. Thanks for highlighting it Tim, love watching you and all the family.
Great video, lots of people don't realise Liverpool's got beaches.
Thanks
There's also a beach in Speke called Oglet shore.
These aren't in Liverpool like
Just watched your video Tim was out this afternoon nice beach if looks funny with statues on it hope you all have a nice holiday when you go to tenarife
Thanks fiona , make sure you tune in for the live
Sorry for rambling on. Thank you for these films of my homeland. ❤️
welcome
At Crosby you never mentioned the ",blitz" beach, thats as fascinating as the statute portion. I find this area very peaceful despite all the destruction it represents.
I live about 50 miles from Liverpool and never knew about all this. Thanks Tim 👍
You are welcome
Excellent video Tim we went to West Kirby for the first time yesterday and was pleasantly surprised, some lovely areas on that side of the peninsula, I can see why some people say it’s not technically Liverpool more South Merseyside
lol thanks Will visit Liverpool will disagree lol
Been following your video’s for a long time and have loved almost all of them. The only ones I haven’t enjoyed are the ones i am jealous of not having the chance to visit just yet lol. Well done on hitting the 100k subscribers, I am sure you will do 10x that with such great content. A big hello from me in Huddersfield. I have subscribed to help support your channel. All the best of luck, Trevor : )
Lol thanks Trevor
I'm from Eastham on the Wirral..now in Woodstock Ontario Canada.. thanks for the viddy... really enjoyed it... cheers!... Alan.
As a kid I always loved the bear pit in Eastham woods
Hey your videos rock man keep up the good work. I can’t wait to come back to the UK again
Thanks Eric
That was super fascinating, thanks Tim, big thumbs up from me! There are one or two UK cities that you wouldn't associate with the Seaside. Liverpool for sure and also Sunderland!! This was a really great insight and very nice those beaches were too.
Yay .. thanks Jeff.. Sunderland.. 👍
@@WalkWithMeTim The beaches there (Seaburn and Roker)are great Tim.
To be fair non of the beaches in this video are in Liverpool ;)
@@jojojes1352 They are in the Liverpool City Region.
@@jojojes1352 yes and 3_/ 4 of Manchester isn't
Hi Tim great video no I have not walked to those Islands did not know they existed
now you do ;-)
That was great Tim....as usual !
Thank you
Such a beautiful Country and great people 😍 hope to find a chance to visit Liverpool
Agree
I live up the coast in Formby, still Liverpool, the beaches and dunes are unreal, I can ride my beach fatbike for hours out of season without seeing a single person.
You are so lucky living here
Another great art installation by Anthony Gormley
Agree
Very nice place Tim another good video
The best lol
Thanks for a great vlog Tim and for showing there are nice parts to Liverpool 😁 Next time try around the Formby and Ainsdale area , Ainsdale also has a Pontins 🙈
I know I'll be going there lol
well you have to visit Southport.
another seaside town that has seen better days. But the victorian shopping arcades are really worth a visit
New Brighton born and bred. You should have said you can walk on the beach right across the Wirral north coast from New Brighton, all the way to West Kirby.
I think Im bringing you on holiday with me Tim, you seem to manage to get blue skies and sunshine nearly every time you go for a walk :)
Lol
Thanks for the great video!
thanks for that Stephen!
Great. Video Tim like the statue things. Interesting
I thought so and kind of wierd
Great video, looking forward to our first trip to New Brighton in a few weeks
Liverpool is on the Mersey which is an inlet mainly of the Irish Sea. So there are beaches along the Mersey bar.
thanks
You make everywhere look good 😂 been here all my life.
What a nice thing to say
@@WalkWithMeTim also if you walked the other way in new Brighton there is a huge beach.
I've watched this video of my home, Wirral, again. When you have time I'd love to see you walk to the Islands in West Kirby. Thank you again 💓 keep up the excellent work.
thanks so much! I did walk out to the islands lol
@@WalkWithMeTim Hillsborough Island? Have you posted another video? I'd love to look
Hope you are well.
that sounds brilliant , thanks for Binge watching Danny .. I wouldn't worry im older than you lol
The Anthony Gormley statues were previously on the top of the buildings on the South Bank in London. Amazing sight walking over Waterloo Bridge.
oh right
The 100 statues cost £2million
thats £20,000 a pop. not bad for some scrap iron.
The ones in London are not the ones on crosby beach, He made some more and who can blame him at that price
Hubby & I were in liverpool Aug,so took the train to New Brighton Beach because of this video,It was nice Thanks.
another good video never knew there were beaches like that on liverpools doorstep
People don't think of Liverpool like that
Great video. I live next to Crosby beach, pretty lucky to live so close to it really.
You are lucky
This has just came up on my you tube…. Didn’t know you did this… crazy golf is great at New Brighton . My daughter lives at Hoylake right by the beach… it’s lovely… such a great video. There is an amazing chip shop at West Kirby
Glad you enjoyed it
Really interesting video Tim. I never know Liverpool had any beach's.
West Kirby and New Brighton aren’t actually Liverpool, and are on the Wirral , over the other side of the Mersey, but we’re all classed as Merseyside. Liverpool is a fantastic city
a lot of people dont lol
yep
Yea these aren't in Liverpool
So sad a little bit of history
When the tide goes out there some fantastic rock pools on the Mersey with lots of fish and crabs and even little octopus.....you must do a vid on Formby dunes and pinewoods mate....beautiful place
I go to the lake in west kirby most weekends as me and the kids love crabbing there it's fun and makes fantastic memories.
:-)
A group of us have walked out to the largest island at West kirby on 3 separate occasions. It has always been a great day out especially in Winter for the migrating fowl that visit these shores
Bet that's lovely in the winter too
A walk from West Kirby (watch the tides - some do get caught out), head for the left 'peak' (Little Eye), reaching it turn towards 'Middle Eye' and carry on until you reach 'Hilbre Island' which has a few buildings on it and an old abandoned Lifeboat station (heading for derelict now), at the far end..
I did a video walking the wirral coastline fully loaded on the hottest day of the year a few years back , I'm not doing that again 😂 unlike mine this was a great vid though mate 👌
lol thanks for watching ! ;-)
Oh nooo
Really interesting video. Especially liked the look of New Brighton, those mermaids were fantastic. I'm planning a trip to Liverpool some time so going to add the beaches to my list of things to visit. Thank you 👍
You are welcome
Heading down to Norfolk in May and going to visit a lot of the places you have shown. Do you have a best recommendation for 1. Fish and chips, and 2. A nice tearoom?
Hi Tim, great content thank you. May I ask what Camera you use as the quality is extremely good. Thanks again. Appreciated. John
Thanks john , the link is in the description
Keep rockin' Liverpool :)
Always
Lived in New Brighton all my life, and I'm so grateful for it's recent changes. It's completely unrecognisable to what it was 10 years ago, and it's so much better than it used to be. It's been an absolute privilege to grow up in, thanks for showing it and the area off! :)
I totally agree!
So true it really needed it after they shut the out door bath years ago They just let it run down but I love going there with the kids now the fair beach go crabbing and there different restaurants and thing to do
Did the statues last year, fab. Squirrel walk a bit further north fab. Good train trip north from Liverpool
Good day out
Hi from West Kirby! I’ve walked many times to Hilbre island and paddle boarded there as well, even today took a powerboat there! Hope you sampled the fish and chips in west kirby as well!
Thanks paul 👍

@@WalkWithMeTim superb. Really enjoy your vlogs. Very fair and quality vlogging ! Keep them coming 👍
I live there and it’s amazing in summertime really warm and it’s really fun to swim in the river
I'm only 30 mins away from these beaches, yet never been to any. My dad would refuse to take us as kids due to the water being the Mersey rather than the Irish sea. He took us to nearby Ainsdale to run riot through the sand dunes. I *must* go to visit these beaches, thanks for filming them.
you are welcome thanks Dawn
