  • In this video, Dr. Rowe shows how to crack your wrists by yourself in an EASY, step-by-step guide.
This self adjust technique is great for putting more motion in and around the wrist, including the carpal bones that are common associated with carpal tunnel syndrome.
If you are suffering from carpal tunnel syndrome (or median nerve impingement), this will help self mobilize the lunate bone, which may offer INSTANT relief.
Also, it may also help with POP, CRACK, SNAP, or CLICK sounds coming from wrist movement. So, if you're looking for a quick way to improve range of motion in the wrists, and help decrease wrist stiffness and achy pain... you're not going to want to miss out on this one!
WATCH now and get those wrists feeling better!

This was just unbelievable! It worked! My wrist popped out of place last night. I thought it was a sprain? But I kept telling myself no, it can't be because it seemed to just jerk out of place when I was getting dressed. The pain was unbearable! I could not even open a water bottle or brush my teeth, bathe, etc. I did not want to go to the ER. So I googled "dislocated wrist" and your video popped up. I was nervous to try it. But when I did, I felt that bone right away. I just was following what you said and I could feel that bone clicking and when I stretched my hand out. The pain was gone! And so here I am typing away with zero pain. Thank you so much!!!

UGH I have these moments where my wrist just ceases up on me and I can feel where it needs to be popped. I thought separation was best so I would dig my thumb and index into the joint and snap it violently trying to stop the pain.
Lately did this and seconds vs half an hour or hours of pain. I swear between this guy and my amazing physical therapist I'm going to be one healthy old lady in the future. Teaching me how to self care instead of v trying to figure out out and doing more damage.
