Will I be able to crack my thumb again. Lol. I mean I’m ok if I can’t. As long as this paint is gone. I have to practice keeping up with stretches and hand exercises doing nails around the clock. Thanks so much. I’m just glad a lot of this uncomfortable pain was relieved!

Fantastic, do you know how to deal with mummy's thumb? I've been suffering for eight months and no one seems to know, my physiotherapist and I have been working on it for 6 months but because of covid it's just telephone consultations.

I don't have a video specific to de Quervains tenosynovitis, but that's a great suggestion!

Many Thanksss for this Brilliant Video with Greeeeat Explanations ♥️ This is helping a lot on getting things moving better, but I wonder now if I left it too late, as following a bad fall 3years ago, I've gradually lost a lot of motion in my left hand. My thumb and the next 2 fingers are very numb now, and significant muscle is lost under by the thumb-palm area too. Could I do extra exercises to regain a better grip , or , is it just a matter of not letting things get worst now? (I'm 66)
