Jayford Jay, so sorry to hear Dewey Martin was your cousin and is no longer with us. Please accept my condolences. He seemed so full of life in this video. I happen to love drummers because I also learned to drum at the age of 50 and I'm 75 now, and a grandma. I've suddenly found myself compelled to watch all your videos and catch up with all your enormous talents. You capture the songs you play as if you were the musicians that played them for the first time. You are truly operating a Time Machine. You have taken me back to times in my life that were significant. The reminiscence is delicious and sad at the same time, so please, don't stop. I love each journey. I'm so glad to see that musicians don't have to be steeped in drugs to play good. Keep it up. There is still hope in the world for goodness.

Been bingeing on Josh tube for 24 hours since I discovered it. Absolutely charmed.
Have to comment on this one. I Remember playing this with my high school garage band at a demolay party in Homewood Alabama in spring 1967. Always loved it. And josh you absolutely nail the lead parts. Incredible. But I’m most impressed with how you are always surrounded by great talent. You’ve got a special magnet.
    Carry on.

We were only 16 and 17 years old and we had a road manager. Snuck this song in every gig - road manager never twigged on to it. LOL.

You guys recreated this so well, I thought I was back lying in bed with my crystal earphones on way past bedtime. You're all "out'a sight" for appreciating this music too! By the way, Peter Tork's favorite group was Springfield...he signed my daughter's Monkees book before leaving us; I love it when the music's rediscovered and think he would have dug it too.

This song was released when I was 14 - I'm about to be 66 - and For What It's Worth is one of the defining songs of my life. Tonight I was searching for renditions of this song for a personal interest thingy and came across Josh Turner & Co. Wow. Most of them are not amateurs. At least two are in musicals, one does session drumming (I think) and one has a very popular TH-cam channel (this one) is addition to touring with The Other Favourites. They are extremely experienced and very good musicians although they may not be 'famous'! They look relaxed but the ability they have is mindblowing.
