Kempes was a legend. He scored his goals when it really mattered. He was the best example of how one should finish a World Cup final. I have never seen any player in history, define a World Cup, the way Kempes did. Not Maradona, not Pele, not Garrincha, not any other player in the history. The way he finished of that final in 78', was a prime example. He was a real champion!

Pon la carne en una olla mediana con suficiente agua, cebolla, hojas de laurel, ajos y sal al gusto. Deja que suelte el hervor, tapa y cuece a fuego lento durante 1 hora, o hasta que esté bien cocida. 2. En otra olla con agua hirviendo, cuece los jitomates junto con los chiles durante 5 minutos. Licua con un poco de agua y una cucharada de maizena hasta lograr una salsa espesa. Reserva. 3. Una vez que la carne está lista, coloca en un recipiente y desmenuza bien. Reserva. 4. En un tazón o recipiente grande, mezcla la masa, manteca, 1 cucharada de sal y polvo para hornear. Amasa bien hasta lograr una consistencia suave y sin grumos.
