British Airways Club Suite - Average Joe of business classes?

BA introduced the new Club Suite business class product back in 2018. While I've always thought that the hard product looks more than decent, in recent times BA's soft product has received serious lambasting in internet reviews. So I was interested to find out how their product was actually holding up in 2023.

Shout out to the Average Joes. My average Joe flight was only $2900 r/t(Avios got it down from $3300) from jfk to dubai. Great food, lounge & lie flat bed for $2900 I'd be average over & over 😮. Good vid

Fully agree on that. This might be reversed though, now that Lufthansa will be getting their new cabins.
