You have really bloomed. I think Carnivore has made a huge difference in your weight loss as well as your countenance and hair. You are turning back the hands of time. I love all your videos. Your new kitchen is beautiful.
I have come to look forward to seeing your videos every few days, of course for the content, but also for the pleasure of your company. Indeed, you have become a sister-like friend, a fellow traveler on this lifelong journey of transformation. Thanks always. Again.
Oh its been a pleasure going through this journey with you for the past few years. You have been a positive in a world not so positive when it comes to changing from the norm of our daily foods eaten . Thank you again Anita
I want to try the Equip protein at some point. I remember the older generation cooking with bacon grease that they kept out in a container as well! We started hearing how bad it was for us and to use Crisco or Canola oil instead! I also remember my Grandmother cutting up a chicken and frying it in lard! I wish the truth about food had came out sooner but thankfully it is now! This was such a helpful video! Thank you so much! ❤
I keep duck fat in my pantry. I render it when cooking my own duck, buy it in a spray can and large jars of organic duck fat. I put it in everything, so flavorful. I have found that after 524 days on carnivore that butter is upsetting my stomach. I never buy the same brand to avoid sensitivity and some brands do not bother me. I, like you, keep all my meat rendered fats. Great video Anita. ❤
I make chicken bone broth in my pressure cooker, really cooked for a long time. I drain off the majority of the broth and then use my stick blender to liquidise the bones and bits of residue to form a ‘slurry’ for the dog.
I do exactly the same for my 6 digs. They get home-cooked meat twice a day. I also dry then gri d to a fine powder all my egg shells so my dogs get added calcium. Nothing edible goes in the trash here. My carnivore dogs are HEALTHY. 🐾
My go to protein meal is Egg wraps with Chosen Keto mayo with coconut oil, Lipari whole grain Dijon mixed with Chadalee farms horseradish, sliced beef and havarti cheese.
If y'all are looking for beef tendons in your area and you happen to have an Asian market, that's a good place to look. They are commonly used in beef Pho, a Vietnamese noodle soup. You can find a lot of other interesting cuts of meat in an Asian market that you might not find at your local grocery store.
The pork rinds are a delicious alternative to cheese crackers if you want to spread some cheese on something crunchy. Often I just spread butter on a load of rinds as a meal.
Anita another great video. In my refrigerator you will find bacon cooked ready to eat. Meat cookies- hamburger patties ready for grab and go. I found some Waygu ground beef at our local grocery store and have a 1 lb of it and three eggs for breakfast a few times a week. I have been carnivore for 20 days so far. Really enjoy eating meat. Thank you for what you are doing in this space. Have you done Sous vide eggs? I been wanting to try using this method for my eggs. I use it for most of my meats except for ground beef. Have a great rest of your Friday and weekend. I would really like to see you and Chris Cooking Nashville create something.
I have NOT tried sous vide eggs! PS: Chris will be visiting my channel Sunday March 24 7PM EST for a live discussion and Q&A. He's such a good person and I'm sure it won't be the last time we do something together!
@@KetogenicWomanI think Chris is a good person as well Anita! Ppl like you, he and others are making the Keto/Carnivore community amazing! Looking forward to your interview with him! 😊

I’m pretty strict carnivore as I have some medical issues to heal. But I’m glad I found your channel and will use all the info I can. Thank you. This video must have taken awhile. ❤❤❤
I love it!! If you don't want to eat an egg then you probably not hungry!! It is better to eat an egg if you are hungry close to bedtime. Especially if you are still having bloodsugar crashes in the morning. It helps so much!!
White pepper ! I learned that from you. I also always have onion powder and garlic powder for a bit of flavoring. Bacon fat is so yummy and flavorful to cook in. Yikes, I cooked and then ate an entire package of bacon the other day!
Anita, thank you for the great video. I also live in Canada - Alberta and have trouble finding certain products. Oysters are difficult to find. I'll be looking for that brand that you shared. Have an awesome carnivore day! ❤
Duck feet are readily available to me, too. I love how they guarantee a jelly collagen like chicken feet, which I add as well, but they add a great flavor as well.
I'm not a big evening snacker but I was sharing with somebody that's exact tool that I've been practicing because once in awhile, I'll have a craving so I'll ask myself do you want the carnivore food that's already prepared and if I don't, that means I'm not really hungry. Made my first homemade bone broth with a variety of different meats and I froze a bunch of bouillon cubes so I could have a cup of collagen whenever I wanted and finding that's pretty often so I think I'm going to continue with that practice and always have homemade bone broth bouillon cubes available. When I'm ready to have some in a recipe or just want to drink a cup, like others drink hot tea, I just put a dash of Redmond's organic seasoning salt and heat it up.😊
Thank you Anita for sharing your staples with us, great things to have on hand. I had two egg muffins left over and mixed them in my beef so good, I have to watch my love for cream cheese in recipes. 😂
I agree 💯 about the boiled egg as a snack. I allow myself a boiled egg before bed if I'm hungry. If the egg is not appealing, I know I'm not actually hungry and it's head hunger
Dear Anita. Thank you for your kind and sharing sprit. You are so inspiring! The Argentine frozen shrimp that tastes like lobster sounds fantastic. Where do you purchase them?

I wasn't looking for them, but I saw beef tendons at an asian market where I live. Unfirtuntely, I think they would trigger my gag reflex if I tried to eat them. I just can't when it comes to cartiledge and gristle, despite knowing how healthy they are. 😞
Hi!! Just came across your channel. I do have a question pertaining to your chicken bones and/or beef bones. I make my own stock, beef and chicken and have done so for many years. However, with a carnivore diet much more of those broths get used and you end up running out quicker. So, my question is, if you cook a steak or make a chicken dish do you add the already cooked bones from a chicken recipe or bones from a cooked steak to your bags? Perhaps the question should be can those bones be used despite being cooked already?
What a great video to find. Thank you for the great list of staples. Subscribed!! And I i love your frozen bone broth pucks. I always have bone broth in my fridge & freezer, but this wsy of preparing it for instant use is fantastic. Thank you!!!

My favourite snack has become the Icelandic Cod livers... yummmmy.... Most all of the brands of your fish products I have never seen but I will try to find them. I wish I could get to Costco sometime soon... Are the oysters in olive oil from Costco?
Portable broth by Townsend is very similar to your broth pucks. I love to reduce broth to a hard gelatin. I cut it into cubes or wedges, depending on what I let it set up in. SO much easier to store and use. Also the amount you get charged for the severely watered down bone broth at the store is beyond infuriating. If the bone broth is a liquid, you're overpaying for 90%+ WATER, and it's a total scam. Makes me so mad just looking at the boxes in passing. Everyone should be making their own broth pucks, even those not on keto or carnivore.
Hello again!! If I am to get more serious about Carnivore then more information is needed. It seems small kitchen appliances would make preparing the food much easier so, I am looking for suggestions. Looking at your videos and others what seems to be popular are "air-fryers, slow cookers and pressure cookers". For instance making pulled pork or beef. Air fryer is my #1 used appliance. Many instant pot type pressure cookers also have a slow cooker option so you can probably do a 2 for 1 there. Check out my appliance recommendations here: amzn.to/3SNZV3J
