Is it okay to sell items that you have followed from tutorials? So say i'd made the waistcoat you had can i then sell it as my own or is it trade marked?

so with any pattern, always check for a disclaimer or note from the designer, and if they don't say anything then i would reach out personally to ask permission ! it's always respectful that way ☺
for my patterns, i state that they are only for personal use and shouldn't be used for business purposes - whereas some people state that you can use them for your business, but you must credit the original designer ✨

@@doodiescrochet That's so helpful, thank you. I mean I'm only a beginner but it is definitely something I would love to do in the future (a crochet business). But I always wondered about that as I did think it was unfair you could just learn a patten then profit off it, if I ever want to use someone's patten to sell I'll definitely contact the creator beforehand and ask permission respectfully. Thank you for all the tips and amazing projects I love your work and your videos! ❤
