    I literally love this! I’ve been using this and it’s helped tremendously!!! I’m so much faster now that I’ve been practicing this. She knows what she’s talking about listen!

    I’m training for middle school track while I’m on break- I’m just really nervous bc I’ve never done any other sport

      soochu u r going to rock it I bet!i fell in love with the sport years ago and when i finally went into 6th grade since I was finally in middle school I could join the team!!!! It was the best season yet I was hoping to make the team agin this year for 7th grade to get ready for hs but cause of corona I am determined like u to become better( , I know I was just talking abt myself only sorry abt that but) I bet with all the hard work ,determination ,positive thinking, etc u will make it!

      A tip : you can watch movies at Flixzone. Been using them for watching loads of movies lately.

    After a month of track interval training I went from a, intial 1:47 to 1:37 400 m ,53 and it’s my first attempts at track running

      practice...you didnt increase speed ...your body learns to run a 400

      @@4656superman don’t understand,my cardio has got better on longer runs ,times are down ,it’s probably a combination of both / but do u reckon there is an opportunity to get better / what do u think a realistic improvement would be if so ?

    So smaller strides trains you to run faster and not touching the ground all the way

    I'm a currently a 10th grader and I been running track since 7th grade I'm very passionate about it but this year I wasn't able to run because my mom feared Corona...I'm trying to come back stronger than ever my 11th grade year any tips of some things I can start doing now get do this summer to maintain and improve until tryouts After Summer 👀

    This trainer does NOT have a clue about sprinting faster. If you have a dominant fast twitch sprinters ham, you need a 'full range' where you explode forward.
    If you do NOT have a dominant fast twitch sprinters ham, then what she is saying, will happen. If you develop a dominant fast twitch sprinters ham, you will discover another plateau of crazy speed.
    This trainer does not appear to know anything about dominant fast twitch sprinters hams (says guy who had crazy speed)
